AWFUL

We chose this ship because it was sailing out of Fla which is convenient for the other family members joining us. Also, I had been on 5 different RCL sailings and enjoyed them all. The good: Our waiter and his assistant (Ramesh and Jakar) in the main dining room. They were fabulous! Attentive, entertaining, hilarious.....just made my nite! Grand Cayman was fabulous! The ...

We had a Crystal cruise booked for February which was cancelled when they ceased operations. Brilliance of the Seas is one of several options out of our very own Tampa cruise port, and this five day appealed to us. When I stepped off Brilliance, 25 months ago, from a cruise with three cousins, I told my husband I thought he’d like this ship, so I was delighted to see a schedule that would work for ...

This was my first free cruise through Club Royale. Thank you. We left out of Tampa on the Brilliance. Was a wonderful cruise. Only around 1,100 passengers. Not crowded anywhere. Still had to wear masks but it was ok. All the crew were fantastic. Ship very clean. Room steward, Javier, very friendly, made you feel at home. Shows were great. You were served by crew in the Windjammer. All was good. ...

RCCL is cutting way too many corners these days

Positives first: Ther food was good! I have no complaints about quality and taste and variety of food. The ship itself I had no problems with except the elevators don't work well and the ship really is in need of a refurbishment. One small kiddie waterslide is so slow people stopped on it. It could be improved. I like the tall atrium and I like this size of ship. I just wish the cruise lines still ...

Excellent Itinerary Mediocre Ship

Review for Brilliance of the Seas to Baltic Sea

Chose this cruise for the itinerary which was excellent. Loyal Royal Caribbean diamond member. The cabin was as expected. Very clean. The bathroom sink had shallow cracks in it. The shower faucet had obviously been repaired but not well. There was a sharp hole in the left side handle. On the right side we had to learn how to manipulate the handle to get enough hot water. They did send the ...

Great Time Sailing the Baltic Sea

This cruise was the third leg of a 4-leg trip including a land trip across Austria and Switzerland, a river cruise on Avalon from Switzerland to Amsterdam, this Baltic cruise, and then 4 extra days in Amsterdam. All 4 legs were great, although admittedly we were a bit weary by the time we checked into for the Baltic Cruise in Amsterdam (which was about two blocks and a very short cab ride from the ...

Disappointing

It was our 50th anniversary and we thought a repositioning cruise would be a great experience. On previous cruises we have always eaten in the dining room for all our meals. We found the food to be cold. My omelets were incomplete, only half of my omelette had filling in it. We tried it again when we gave our review on the ship and they asked us to try breakfast again. The food was still ...

We chose as the dates were right, price was right and we only live 45 minutes from Tampa and so port was right. Great ship, lots to do, lots of bars, entertainment and loads of food! Only bad part was not enough for 12 and 14 year old boy to do. They didn't want to go to the teen hangout and so got a bit bored at the day at sea but still had fun. Loved the food (Especially all the desserts)! Had ...

We choose this cruise to get together with friends from other states and to get out in the sunshine. We purposely chose a shorter, less expensive cruise. There were 12 of us all together; 4 of the couples flew from Ohio, one already in Florida, and we drove from SC. Embarkation was the easiest we have had in 17 cruises. The Port of Tampa is easy to drive to, easy to park, easy to board. We were ...

Amazing ship!

This cruise was nothing but amazing! The staff is amazing and there's nothing bad I can say about anyone I met during the cruise! The port of Tampa was interesting to say the least. The ship was stuck in fog overnight and couldn't arrive back into Tampa until close to 8pm, delaying the charter the ship was going out on till the next morning. During the delay in return to port the ship was running ...
