We live nearby but hadn’t cruised this ship since 2014. Booked it only 90 days out and ended up with an inside cabin as it was the only available Accessible. The deck 4 location was convenient to dining and Centrum. The ship was easy to board and mostly easy to get around even on Day 1. The staff are all pleasant and cheerful although not overly so. We have just returned from 12 night Baltic Trip from Amsterdam and can honestly say we enjoyed every single moment.We normally sail with Celebrity and while there are some differences the customer service provided by each and every person on this ship more than made up for it.The staff are outstanding in every area. Jeff and Mariappan were our waiters in the Minstrel Dining Room. They were very courteous, kind, and attentive. Jeff made great recommendations every evening and Mariappan was great at personalizing our experience each time. Minstrel Dining Room was 5/5 but the buffet was just mediocre. Parking at local parking lot on channelside in Tampa was easy and quick.
Departure and embarkment was super slick. Lots of RC staff available to help.
We had a very nice cruise on Brilliance of the Seas. Crew staff was outstanding friendly.
Very food food, fine entertainment, peasant trip. We enjoyed the Crème burlee for dessert each night - great!

We really enjoyed the top notch service in the dining area and the food was good. It was a bit repetitive but it was good food. It was not to die for but good. The table staff were attentive and kept the dinner going smoothly. This was a family cruise for my siblings and our spouses. We chose RCL because we wanted a short cruise out of Tampa and this ship had a better overall rating with the competitive Carnival Cruise. Chose an inside stateroom and was surprised how roomy it felt. Didn't even fill up the drawer space. Making the beds with rounded corners makes a big difference. We choose this cruise because it was kids sail free and it left out of Tampa. The port of Tampa was awesome.
