Really nice ship

We live nearby but hadn’t cruised this ship since 2014. Booked it only 90 days out and ended up with an inside cabin as it was the only available Accessible. The deck 4 location was convenient to dining and Centrum. The ship was easy to board and mostly easy to get around even on Day 1. The staff are all pleasant and cheerful although not overly so. We enjoyed the cruise overall. The dining ...

We have just returned from 12 night Baltic Trip from Amsterdam and can honestly say we enjoyed every single moment. We normally sail with Celebrity and while there are some differences the customer service provided by each and every person on this ship more than made up for it.The staff are outstanding in every area. The atmosphere on the ship they created as a consequence was tangible. We pre ...

Amazing Dining Room Staff

Jeff and Mariappan were our waiters in the Minstrel Dining Room. They were very courteous, kind, and attentive. Jeff made great recommendations every evening and Mariappan was great at personalizing our experience each time. Minstrel Dining Room was 5/5 but the buffet was just mediocre. We loved the washy washy lady! My mother-in-law and I had fabulous seaweed wrap massages and my husband ...

Parking at local parking lot on channelside in Tampa was easy and quick. Departure and embarkment was super slick. Lots of RC staff available to help. We had a very nice cruise on Brilliance of the Seas. Crew staff was outstanding friendly. Very food food, fine entertainment, peasant trip. We enjoyed the Crème burlee for dessert each night - great! Sadly, no religious services of ...

Good food and entertainment

We really enjoyed the top notch service in the dining area and the food was good. It was a bit repetitive but it was good food. It was not to die for but good. The table staff were attentive and kept the dinner going smoothly. The entertainment on board was excellent and they put some money, time, effort, and talent into making that part of the cruise great for the guests. The pool side ...

A Welcome Return

This was a family cruise for my siblings and our spouses. We chose RCL because we wanted a short cruise out of Tampa and this ship had a better overall rating with the competitive Carnival Cruise. Chose an inside stateroom and was surprised how roomy it felt. Didn't even fill up the drawer space. Making the beds with rounded corners makes a big difference. The only thing small was the bathroom. ...

We chose the Brilliance of the Seas because we are loyal to Royal and we live only 3 hours from Tampa. We arrived at the port around 12:30 the day of the cruise and the parking and embarkation was incredibly smooth. We were in our room dropping off our stuff and visiting the Windjammer in record time. We fell in love with the Windjammer's open area toward the back. You can actually sit outside ...

We choose this cruise because it was kids sail free and it left out of Tampa. The port of Tampa was awesome. We got there on the tail end of things and there were no lines to wait through and that helped big time since this was out first time back cruising in 5 years since the birth of our first daughter and this was our 2 girls first time cruising. The staff onboard were so nice and friendly. My ...

Spent a relaxing weekend in the sun and on the sea with my husband. Weather was beautiful, the ship was clean and the staff was very friendly. We had an inside cabin and found it very comfortable with plenty of storage. Embarkation and debarkation went very smoothly. The staff in the Diamond and Concierge lounges were very accommodating, friendly and efficient. Had dinner in Giovanni's Table ...

We were a group of 3 couples. My parents, my sister and I plus our husbands. (Mid 40s-early80s). Tampa has an easy embarkation and disembarkation process. We loved the cruise. The ship is beautiful, immaculate and in good repair. The staff were very attentive especially in the main dining room. We were in My Time Dining but had Noel and Roel every night. We enjoyed the food. Lamb and beef were ...
