We've taken this cruise before (although with different cruise lines) because it offers a nice getaway without the airport hassle. Our balcony (partially obstructed view) was fine. My compliments to the chef in the Windjammer Café. The food in the buffet was excellent!
We never bothered to eat in the main dining room as the service is so slow, but the buffet was great (varied menu every day, including lobster on the last night).
Kudos to the Music Maker 4-piece band as they played the best dance music on the ship!

The Serenade is a nice smaller ship,,,
not as well kept as it should be. A little dirty in some places.
The Internet is terrible,, can't log on,,doesn't stay connected,,and so slow,,,,,,, with staff only available at certain hours,,, not worth the cost !!!!
Crew & Waitstaff are GREAT!!!!!,,,, Food as fine as any ,,,,Better then most,,,,

Friends talked us into going on one. The raved about the food and the availability of it. I found it difficult to get a snack such as chips or nuts anywhere. The food was not good. The only meals we enjoyed were the ones we had to pay extra for. Funny how that works.
