Most of the food was not fit for wild animals. The eggs Benedict was a hard boiled egg on an english muffin that I couldnt cut with a knife. The hollandaise sauce was a cold goo. The buffet was disgusting and always a line. Never any clean tables to eat at, we had to clean our own or sit outside in 45 degree weather. All of the tables and bar surfaces were dirty with rings from glass and plate ...

The first issue was the fact that we got rerouted to Portland Maine for a day (which I could drive to from NH any day for an hour and a half). So we really only had two days in Bermuda. The first day we had a good time at horse show bay. The second day we went to a beach closer to the cruise ship since we had to revised by 4:30 to make it back before leaving. The beach was suppose to open at 9 and ...

We chose this cruise because we were interested in the changing leaves in Canada, plus it went to the Canadian Maritime Provence's which we had never visited before. Those were the ports that were eliminated, and were the primary reason we had selected this cruise. Silver Seas withheld information that the reason for the delay was that on the inbound, the captain had run the ship aground and ...

Our travel agent raved about Windstar, told our group how excellent they were. She is now our ex travel agent. This experience was'nt even close to what she told us. Most everything was poor, I don't know where to start, but here is my review. Starting with the positive, the ship was clean, the room was of good size. That's the positive. NOW, for the negative, being genereous the food was ...

Where to start, and apologies in advance for the length of this but when you are spending this amount of money knowing the line and ship is critical. First, we are experienced cruisers having been on Holland American, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Viking and Brendan. This was our first and last cruise on NCL. It started before we sailed. We actually chose the cruise based on the Maritime ports we ...

I wanted to take my elderly mother on a calm cruise as a cruise was on her bucket list. When I boarded the ship I ask if I could rent a wheelchair for my mother I was declined do to the face I did not make arrangements when I booked the reservation. I didn’t think we would need one 3 mo prior to the trip. I was spoken to TERRiBLE by the security personal. After we boarded the ship an after a 2 ...

Our itinerary was changed the morning of the cruise from Bermuda to Canada. We had no time to repack and were not prepared for this destination at all and the cruise line was rude, curt and less than accommodating in every way. Our room was extremely loud, it sounded as if they were working on the ship with a steel drum and hammer all through the night! I had to purchase ear plugs. The heat was on ...

Bermuda! Not to be. Boring Canada when still green is probably the worst of the worst. No time to research, shore excursions far pricier than original destination, staff was ready to leave for home (like we were). So sad to see many people get off boat when they reached Halifax (where they came from) and Sydney and New Brunsick, and Bar Harbor. I thought the Captain made an easy call and did ...

Before you decide to throw your money away on NCL, rethink your decision! Worst customer service I have ever seen. This is based on over 25 cruises my wife and I have been on. On Royal Caribbean, Carnival and MSC customer service has alway been a pleasure to deal with.Do to weather conditions I contacted NCL customer service earlier in the day and they assured me the ship was not changing its ...
