I would really love to give this cruise 5 stars and I probably would have If guest services was not in the picture. I went with a wedding party with over 60 people. The food, entertainment and staff are all incredible. However, guest services is not. Previously did this same itinerary with the Dawn and loved it, this time extremely disappointed. The servers in Bamboo where not friendly, threw the menus at us when we sat, never smiled, just dropped the plates and walked away. Because it goes right out of Boston- No Flying!!!! & Had a voucher we had to use.
Love Bermuda & the ease of getting on a ship in Boston & be there in days- wish we could of stayed longer in Bermuda. We could of stayed until Wednesday night & still have made it home to Boston by Friday. That would of given us an extra day in Bermuda.

We enjoyed exploring Boston before cruising down to Bermuda. Let me start with saying that we had a very poor experience for a cruise that was fairly expensive. We took the cruise on the Dawn out of Boston because of the ease of getting to the port and because of the price of the cruise. There were several sales and we felt like it was a good deal for the vacation. The old saying "you get what you pay for" rings true here.
