Well my daughter and son booked the cruise months ago. My husband booked it for us a week before he passed away! My children & doctor thought it would be good for me to go and he would want me too! well everyone was right it was good for me. I felt he was there with us! I asked my sister to go with me, so she was my new roommate! I enjoyed watching my grandchildren at the pool going down the slide, the shows were awesome, the newly wed game, deal of no deal, the restaurants very good! So many choices, the food excellent! I took my two granddaughters to the spa and had there hair braided! And we tried out the casino too! I can't say enough about the staff! our steward manuel was wonderful, taking care of our room, making cute towel animals and if you needed anything he would get it. Diana in the buffet very helpful, always offering to carry are food to the table. And you have the best cruise director in luz and assistant joey! I could go on and on! We also saw one of my granddaughters swim with the dolphins. Then my sister and i did a bus tour of the island of bermuda! I had flown there with my husband in the past. So all and all a great vacation i was relaxed. A much needed one. I would recommend a cruise to anyone! Read Less

The Serenade of the Seas is an easy ship to navigate and the Cruise Port Boston staff is great. Security is tight in Cruiseport Boston (fine with me!) but the embarkation process is a breeze. Fun to see the airplanes flying overheard departing from Logan Airport in Boston, Staterooms were not ready til 1:00 PM so you can check out the ship's public areas. Stop by any bar and Purchase or Open your Beverage package and have a Bon Voyage drink. This is also a good time to take the Spa Tour and check out the Fitness Center, You can sign up for Spinning Class etc. Bingo was fun. Different prices each dat depending on what they were offering. I did not win. Someone did win a Cruise for Two at the end of the Cruise Bingo. The Quest was very fun as well as the love and marriage show. We want to go again! Read Less

We had an excellent trip on the Norwegian Dawn Boston-to-Bermuda Cruise! IT was a great way to see the beautiful island, and a fabulous way to get there! Purpose: This trip was a family vacation. My husband and I have 3 girls under 6. We were traveling with a party of 23 that included grandparents and other family members. The trip was booked as a group. Embarkation: The embarkation process was quick and efficient. As soon as we arrived at the terminal. We needed passports for ourselves and birth certificates for the children. As soon as those were presented it was very easy to obtain our room keys and wait to board the ship. Ship: The ship was very clean, and the updates to it were nicely done. It was easy to become acquainted with the different common areas once exploring the ship a few times. The common areas including lounges, restaurants, pool areas, dining, and bathrooms were all extremely clean, and there are several hand sanitizing locations throughout every area. This put me at ease especially when traveling with small children. -Kids Pool: My children enjoyed the kids pool each day. There were two waterslides, along with kids hot tubs and a small pool. There were not many places for adults to sit around the pool, but it was never too crowded so one could usually find a chair. -Adult pool: Some were concerned about the fact that there was only one pool on the ship. This never seemed to be an issue and the pool never seemed overcrowded. People would come and go and there was always room to swim or sit around the edge. Dining: Our group had a 5:30 reservation each night at the Venetian. I would highly recommend reservations for large parties. It was great, we had the same 3 tables each night. The food was great and the menu had options that stayed the same each night, along with 8-10 new appetizers and entree choices. There was plenty of choices for kids as well. We also ate one night at Aqua, and one night at O'Sheehans. Both had great service and great food. The buffet was great for a quick breakfast. Some of our family ate at the Venetian a few days and loved it. The buffet was quick and easy especially with the kids. The breakfast and lunch options were pretty plentiful, but did not change too much day to day. The staff at all restaurants was so nice and all eager to please. Shore Excursions: We did the Restless Native Catamaran but booked it through the company. it was a GREAT trip and I would highly recommend it. Our whole group went and everyone had an awesome time. The people running the excursion were great and there was something for every age! Kids: Our daughters are 5.5, 4, and 14 months and I can safely say they had the time of their lives. I will preface by saying they are big fans of swimming, beaches, and parties so this cruise was a perfect match. The older 2 loved Splash Academy. The hours are 9 AM-12PM, 2:00-5:00 and 7:00-10:30. There are also late night hours that charge a fee. Our girls usually went for an hour or 2 in the morning, and each night they went to the party. Both were nervous at first about going but after the very first time, were asking to go back again. They were in the 3-5 group together. Each night was a different themed party, and they would return with face paint, prizes, and crafts. Splash Academy is awesome! As for our youngest daughter, she was too young for the Splash Academy room, but they did have a "Guppies" area for younger children where parents could bring them to play. There were lots of toys, and they did a class each day. We went to one and it was great! At night while our older 2 were in the Splash parties, we took the youngest with us to shows and activities. ****One suggestion I will make is to be prepared if cruising with children. We had a wonderful time, but there was lots of front-loaded planning that went into the trip. I read many articles on what to pack, and what to expect when cruising with kids. The work we put into preparing definitely paid off, as we had an awesome time. Entertainment: We went to a show each night at the Stardust theater and they were all great! We also liked sitting in many of the lounges listening to music. Norwegian puts a lot of effort into their entertainment and it shows. You are certainly never bored! Port: The Royal Naval Dockyard was a great place. We got off the ship once a day with whatever we needed for the day, but there was certainly the option to go back on and off whenever needed. The disembarking process is pretty easy. The port itself had lots of little shops and most of the excursions left from the port. You were never far away from activity. We took a taxi to Horseshoe Bay Beach the first day with our entire party, and had a great afternoon playing, snorkeling and relaxing on the beach. The second day we shopped around town, and did the catamaran cruise (see above). The final day we took the NCL ferry to St. George's, visited a beach, walked around town, and jumped off the Calico Jack's Pirate Ship back at the Royal Naval Dockyard. It was great! Read Less

The food was great as was the service. Entertainment could have been better. Our cabin was spotless and well stocked with amenities. The cocktail hour was great, good h’ordevours, excellent waitstaff. The Lobster Bake in Camden was excellent and so was walking around the town afterwards. The people that put on the lobster lunch on the shoreline was wonderful and very good so was the band. The lobster boat excursion was also a definite highlight- the person giving the tour and bringing in the lobsters knew everything you wanted to know about fishing , lobsters and the history of the fisherman’s. The Portland tour was also great and eat at HiRoller afterwards for the best lobster rolls and lobster tacos!! The tour guide -Ron- told us about the city and then we went to Cape Elizabeth lighthouse. Read Less

Best record for hygiene and just a great crew. Always a pleasure to sail with you guys and we won't try another cruise line I don't think we are happy with this one! The only issues we had were with the Iconcierge app being terrible and the Deal or No Deal game being terrible. Other then that just an amazing time! Love the energy of the crew and how they take care of not only our happiness on the trip but also being super clean and professional. This was our 3rd cruise and the 2nd on the Dawn. I brought my daughters this time for their 16th birthday present and they had never left the country or been on a boat. They are hooked and are already begging to go again as a gift for their graduation! We will miss the Dawn on the Bermuda out of Boston run but look forward to our next adventure aboard the Gem that will be taking over that cruise!! Read Less

The entertainment staff keeps you on your toes and laughing through the entire week, the shows and performers were all amazing. We dined at the Venetian, Aqua, and Bamboo The food was delicious, sometimes it took a bit for us to get our food after ordering however we also went at busy times .Restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. We ended our nights at Bliss Lounge and enjoyed the fun there. The DJ played some of the same songs night after night, but we still had a ton of fun. The only thing we didn't like was the pool deck area was taken over by children a lot of the time, and the hot tubs would have been much more enjoyable if there wasn't many children in them. Liked itinerary, love the islands, especially St. Lucia. Relaxing and good food and service, also liked the music around the ship. Was a little upset that I did not receive body lotion in my cabin since I am diamond plus, don't think it would have cost more than .30 cents, think Royal Caribbean is cutting back on so many things, but did without. The ship was clean, lot to do, had a very nice dinner table. Met friends I cruised with in the past and we had a lot to talk about, met a lot of new friends. We had a very nice table for eight for early dining, enjoyed going to dinner with a lot of conversation, very relaxing. Halloween party was very nice, danced a lot, and loved a lot of costumes? All in all it was a great relaxing cruise, this was our fourth time doing this itinerary and thinking of doing it again next year, we have not booked it yet. Our table at dining was 227, and Ben Amor and Hakim were excellent, could not do enough to please us. Read Less

Need to research excursions better next time to really get the feel of what we want to see and do. The ship was great and our waiters at supper were so good at what the do. They made our experience so much better and fun. We had a great time with all the activitys on board. The deep tissue body massage was wonderful and the live shows in the Tropical theater were great also. We attended two art auctions, and were able to purchase some great art at great prices. The weather was beautiful. We had rain on one day, and that happened to be the day at sea! I really enjoyed our dinner companions at our table in the main dining room, and those we met at breakfast and lunch. Lots of new friends. Read Less

We took this cruise as a last minute deal to get away from Hurricane Irma. Had a wonderful time on board. Shows were great, food way to good, and staff was friendly and hospitable. What a way to ride out the storm. The fine dining was great except for the way you now get a certificate and can only choose one salad-or- soup. In the main dining room, you can order whatever you want, as much, or little, as you like. Fine dining is limited and sometimes I'd love to have a soup and salad. You have to pay extra. Not quite worthwhile when the main dining and buffet areas have such fabulous items too. The port is so easy to get around - just walk off and you're already in a fort. Jump on the free water shuttle to go to St. George's. Overall a fabulous cruise. Love NCL. Read Less

My husband and I are 1st timers. We went on this cruise because our niece was getting married on the boat. I have never witnessed so many people in one area board so expediously. I am certain that if all the planes required you to secure your bags, travel by planes would be as wonderful. Once aboard the ship we went to our room and it was lovely. We had a balcony and it was perfect. I couldn't believe how much room there was. The room steward Errol was wonderful he greeted us and introduced himself and he was exact any time we needed anything he was there. The food was outstanding in all the restaurants as well as the buffet and pollside. The shows were a great mix and we enjoyed them all. My husband enjoyed the casino. We went ashore when we reached Bermuda and that too was spectacular every one was so helpful and all the information given on the ship at board was so helpful. Our main event the weeding was also perfect and special for my niece. I thank all of the staff a thousand times over. I am Norweigan by birth and so thankful this was the line we were on. I can't say enough wonderful things about this cruise line. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts...... Read Less

First, very good friends recommended it - they had been on the American Cruise Lines steamboat/Mississippi River cruise in 2016 and loved it; found out about this brand new cruise while on the Mississippi trip, signed up right away and urged us to join them. I had always wanted to see the coast of New England - and this brand-new cruise – Grand New England – in Mid June 2017 had just the itineraryI was wanted, so we didn't hesitate to sign up. This is a small ship - 175 passengers/ I believe there were about 145 of us. Perfect size, I think, easy to get everywhere! Very good value for the money. The staff is probably 90% American (can't speak for those who work below decks) - young, enthusiastic, friendly, helpful, and fun! The tour directors were excellent and able to answer all manner of questions re: shore excursions. Almost felt like some of them were family by the end of the voyage. Demographics are mostly over 55, although there was a family of with college age daughters and a Grandfather traveling with his two late-20s/30s grandsons. I will say most of the passengers were pretty lively and interesting and fun to exchange pleasantries with. Food was consistently excellent. We had the most wonderful Chief Chef (Joselito H.) on board - and he made a point of visiting a few tables each and every night to inquire about our dinners/ask if there was anything else people wanted to see on the menu, etc. all alcoholic drinks were included in the cost of the fare (as were standard gratuities for the staff). No "nickel and dining as some larger cruise ships do! Always a cocktail party at 5:30, and entertainment after dinner. Onetwo nights the entertainment was excellent, the other evenings I opted to retire early and read. Bear in mind this is coastal new england so no broadway stars on board to sing or dance for the passengers! Our lecturer, Rachel P. was so much fun - she knew so much and made her lectures (with a white board to illustrate various parts of the coast) so entertaining). She also lead early morning walks in each port - with of course, a walking commentary about the area/flora/fauna/fish/ etc. JUST GREAT!! The excursions / bus transportation ranged from good to excellent, and these small ports can allow one to just wander around on one's own, but keep in mind there are also WONDERFUL things to see and learn about which did require transportation. The scenery and sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. I can't wait for our next ACL cruise, and we're sure to sign up for more in the future. Cheers! Read Less

Went on this cruise with my cousins. Our group was early to mid twenties, and this cruise was FANTASTIC! Everyone had a blast. Living right outside of Boston we were able to be drop off right at the pier where there was someone waiting to take our bags. Boarding was a breeze. Once on the boat, there was truly something for everybody, from game shows and the casino for the gambler in our crew, or all sorts of activities during the day from trivia to mr. Sexy legs by the pool, no body ever once said they were bored. Even though I preferred laying by the pool with a drink in my hand. And with two bars near by made the wait minimal. The shows in the evenings were amazing we only missed one all week. We definetly recommend not missing the comedy shows, the second city group on the boat is hilarious!! Food was delicous from the buffet, to the Venetian all around great food. And we loved Not having a set meal time so there was no rush to get off the pool deck and to dinner on time, instead we left when ready and took our time showering and getting ready. And with three girls sharing 1 bathroom and straightener that was definetly a huge plus. Bliss Ultra lounge was soo much fun at night, its huge and the bar tenders always on point. And having osheeans open all night made for the perfect late night snack afterwards. All the staff was all fantastic but Dan, Jaime and shake it Shirley were most definetly our favorites, definetly made our week unique and a blast! All around a blast already planning for next time!!! We chose to get married in Bermuda, and sailing on the Dawn to get there seemed convenient and cost effective for us. We ended up bringing over 60 of our friends and family aboard with us. In a word it was AMAZING!!!!! This was for me, and many of my guests, a first time cruising. I have to admit, I was getting nervous as there are A LOT of negative reviews out there on the Dawn. Don't be fooled, if you are a fun, down-to-earth, easy-going person, you will have the time of your life on this cruise! THE SHIP: The Dawn recently underwent a refurbish right before we came aboard. It was beautiful! The pool area was a lot of fun- we spent a ton of time on the pool deck. I'll admit the pool could be bigger, but it didn't hinder our experience. Drinks were flowing, music was pumping, and the sun was shining- what's not to like?? The Stardust Theater is very nice, not a bad seat in the house. Bliss Lounge (dance club) was great too, lots of room to dance. One thing important to note, is that I was shocked at how much I could feel the boat moving. It didn't bother me, but if you're someone who gets seasick, I would highly recommend you get the patch. Apparently the seas between Boston and Bermuda are known to be a little rough. Nothing crazy, but I was very surprised as I thought I wouldn't be able to notice it at all. THE FOOD: To my surprise, the food was fantastic! We didn't opt to eat at any specialty restaurants. We just stuck to the main dining areas that are included in your cruise. It was so much fun at dinner- every night I got an appetizer, entree, and dessert (or two!) If you didn't like what you got, or simply just wanted to try something else, the servers are more than happy to bring you another meal, and the best part? IT'S FREE! Many of my guests did opt for at least one specialty dining. The feedback I got was that it was 10 times better than the free dining (which we all agreed was already pretty good!) If I do this cruise again, I'll likely be booking at least one specialty dining night. We ate breakfast at the Garden Cafe mostly everyday. This is a buffet with millions of selections. Again, if you're on a budget, even the free buffet was pretty good and open all day long! THE ENTERTAINMENT: Probably one of the best pieces of advice I can give you is to get the Norwegian iConcierge app. It's $9.95, but totally worth it. It allows you to text other people on board who have the app, keep track of your on board account (how much $$ you're spending), and also gives you an hourly calendar of events going on around the ship. We had so many people with us, without the app it would have been hard to stay connected with everyone. It is slightly difficult to set up, but once you get it- it's super easy to use. There is ALWAYS something going on, on board...and for all ages! We had quite a few kids with us. My flower girl who is 5 absolutely LOVED the kids club. She would beg to go there, and ask us to come back later when we would pick her up! Some fun things we did that I would recommend include: Thrillusionist Show, Deal or No Deal Game Show, Not-so-Newlyweds Game Show, White Party (NOT TO BE MISSED!), Comic Show, Karaoke, the Casino. THE SERVICE: The service was top-notch. I truly felt like all they wanted was for me to be happy! Again, I read some pretty terrible reviews about rude servers- and quite honestly, I'm wondering if they were on the same ship??? We got the Ultimate Beverage Package included with our cruise (thank god, because I think the drinks are ridiculously expensive if you don't have it!) We never had trouble getting drinks. I did find that if I tipped a server around the pool area, they came around a lot more often- which was great and I didn't mind throwing out an extra $20, they deserved it. Our cabin steward, Nick was absolutely outstanding. He knew us by name after only about 10 minutes of us being on the ship. He also knew we were getting married on the trip, so he made it extra special for us. Everyday we had some new, awesome towel animal and a perfectly spotless room. On the night of our wedding, we came back to our cabin to a huge "CONGRATULATIONS" sign, balloons, our names spelled out in chocolate mints on the bed, and a bride, groom, and heart made out of towels. It was just the cherry on top of the most perfect night of my life. BERMUDA: Bermuda is gorgeous, and by far the nicest beach I have ever been to. Horseshoe Bay is breath taking and shouldn't be missed. The great thing about Bermuda, unlike most other islands I've been to is that the poverty rate is extremely low. You feel safe walking mostly anywhere! I loved that. But, that does come at a price--and a very expensive one. Bermuda is VERY, VERY expensive. I'm not kidding- two eggs, with nothing on the side- $18!!! Beware, I highly suggest eating on the boat. We did the mopeds which was super fun, but definitely dangerous. You drive on the opposite side of the road, and you don't really know where you're going. If you're comfortable on a moped, it's worth a try for sure! Only $105 for a 24 hour rental of a double (two person) moped, I thought that was a pretty good deal! We also did a Jet Ski Snorkel Adventure...it was a blast!! The snorkeling kind of sucked, didn't see much other than murky seaweed, but the jet skis made up for it! We also chartered a private yacht called UberVida for our wedding. We did a sunset cruise, and it was absolutely beautiful. If you have a large group and are interested in some kind of private charter, contact Roxi at Ubervida--it was amazing and not nearly as expensive as it sounds!! Overall, this was the most fun trip of my life. The cruise was great, but I can tell you that you make your own fun. All these people writing terrible reviews clearly don't know how to make the most of where you are and who you're with. If you're in the Boston area and looking for a fun, inexpensive trip for your family- travel on the Dawn! Read Less

I heard some Shipmates from our time being stationed in Bermuda were planning a return trip, and after a thirty hear absence from the Islands, it was time to go back for a visit. We settled on the Veendam as it is a smaller ship and docks right down town Hamilton. The larger ships have to pull into the Dockyards, at the far end of the islands. It also spends more time in port in Bermuda. The staterooms and dining facilities were wonderful, the staff attentive and accommodating. Bermuda was as wonderful as we remembered, made some new friends and visited old haunts. I would recommend this ship and cruse line for anyone heading to Bermuda. Our next trip might include the extra week cruising the Canadian maritime. All in all a very pleasant experience and more than lived up to our expectations as our first cruise. Thank you very much. we took the dawn to Bermuda, this was our first cruise. we cruised with another couple & we shared a room, next time we will definitely get our own room for privacy but overall it was an amazing time. we live about a hour away from Boston so this cruise was very convient for us. like I said I had never been on a cruise before so I really didn't know what to expect, but i will tell you it blew my expectations right out of the water! there was never a dull moment, always something to do, lots of live entertainment, such as bands by the pool, dj's, and shows at the theater. when we got to Bermuda we took a cab to horeshoe bay, one of the most popular beaches on the island. on the way to the beach he told us all about Bermuda, what we should see, and all the history of the island. he also set us up with scooters, he took a business card out & dialed the number to set us up right. we rented from elbow cycles, they were truly amazing. Mrs. t treated us like family, she wrote on our map, explain in detail how to get there. Kevin (Mrs t's son) fave us a full lesson on how to drive the scooters, he wouldn't let us go until we were fully confident. after we got the scooters we did so much, we had a full day of adventure. we saw & did everything we wanted to do.everyone on the island was so kind & understanding, you could literally ask anyone for directions. we snorkels at church bay & that was by far my favorite part of this cruise. being so close to all of the different kind of fish was amazing. my boyfriend & I are already planning our 2nd trip. truly an amazing vacation!! This was our 5th cruise. The Brilliance was spotless. Every inch of the ship was clean. The staff was also adamant that guests use hand sanitizer before & after every meal. We had a cruise ruined a couple years back because of a virus so it was comforting for us to see. The staff bent over backwards to meet our every need. The staff seemed genuinely happy and our dinner crew had a great sense of humor. They kept us laughing during dinner. We love to go to karaoke night but we were sorely disappointed in the host and organization for the karaoke. If you like karaoke, don't bother. The high point of our cruise on the ship was the 70's party in the Centrum, the entertainment on the last night, and believe it or not, a silly party up in the Starquest lounge. We put on headphones and got out on the dance floor with no ambient music playing. What seemed like a stupid game ended up being a blast. With headphones on even shy people like myself can be a rock star and not care about what anybody thinks. We had an accessible cabin as two out of three in our party have disabilities. The crew was very accommodating. As is usually the case, the shore excursions were more difficult to accommodate but overall everything went well. Unlike other cruises we have been on, all parties that had mobility issues were assigned one room to wait in for disembarkation. That way there were dedicated crew members to help everybody get off the ship. Our assigned crew member took us all the way through customs and to a taxi. Couldn't have been smoother. I rate this cruise a 9 out of 10. Woulda been a 10 except for the karaoke and a small issue we had with our cabin steward. Overall, one of the best cruises we have been on. Read Less

Planning on doing it again. Had a lanai stateroom. They are awesome. Ports of call were great. US, Canada, Greenland, Iceland, Faroe Islands, Netherlands, Norway, Ireland and then back to Iceland, Greenland, Canada and US. We did not repeat ports. Weather was brisk but scenery was fantastic. We had wonderful speakers on several subjects but also much on the Vikings and their travels. Would recommend it to anyone. Love sailing on Holland America (Prinsendam is another of our favorite HAL Ships, but all have their special features) also wonderful cruises on Celebrity (love the ships with the glass blowers) Nothing better than cruising. I went on this cruise with three other girlfriends and had a ball! We got on the ship in Boston and it was fun and easy from there. We settled into our rooms and then went to the Garden Cafe for a yummy buffet. There were so many highlights to our trip including the fabulous entertainment, wonderful food, gorgeous fall foliage, friendly staff, and overall organization of this cruise. I am so happy to say that our trip, including excursions, all went well and we had the time of our lives. I had never been to Canada and was absolutely in awe of the beauty. There are millions of colorful trees this time of year and it is so colorful. I truly believe that Canada (ports were Charlottetown, Halifax, La Baie, and Gaspe) is the prettiest place to be this time of year. The entertainment was truly outstanding! Justino and Daniella are fabulous as are Jeff London, Jose and Patty, the cruise ship dancers and the funny comedian Jeff Harms. It was so nice seeing them here and there throughout the cruise also. The final skit on Thurs. night, Fountain, was so funny! Quite possibly the funniest thing we have ever seen. My friends and I were laughing so hard! Great job Ken, Fish, Luke etc. We also had fun with Gigi at karaoke, Ruby, and many others on the cruise staff. We enjoyed dining at the Garden cafe, Venetian and Aqua. We did not go to any specialty restaurants because the complimentary ones were fine with us. We did five Norwegian excursions and loved them all. we were blessed with nice weather and great tour guides. We left in Quebec City and was very impressed with how organized departure was. We especially appreciated how they helped us get a taxi to our hotel. Great job Norwegian staff and crew and thank you for an outstanding birthday gift! Read Less

EyeSeaTravel.ca cruised from Boston to Bermuda on the September 30th, 2011, 7 day Norwegian Dawn Cruise. Where this was our first cruise with Blind and Visually Impaired travellers, we knew that their would be many things to learn and experience. From the expedited boarding, room service, front desk staff, waiters in the Venetian Restaurant, the Blue Lagoon Restaurant and beyond... we were very well taken care of! One of our highlights was the Wednesday formal Dinner, where the ladies were in their finest and the 4 men of the group all wore authentic Bermuda Formal attire right down to the "Bermuda Shorts!" While on Bermuda our Group of 4 Blind Travellers experienced a Bermudian picnic at the Botanical Gardens in Hamilton, scooter rides and of course the Islands Fast Ferries (easier and faster than the buses) In St Georges we participated in the Ducking of the Wench, and toured the Historic St Peters Church. Climbing the 185 stairs in Gibbs Lighthouse was good exercise and helped make more room for the Dawn Food! Buss tour, Swizzle Inn and Stagger Out, Maritime Museum, and Swimming with the Dolphins all to be topped off with The Frog and Onion Pub and a refreshing swim at Snorkel park! Bermuda we miss you and look forward to experiencing you again! Norwegian Staff were good to excellent! Overall grade A to A+ The food in the Venetian Restaurant was supper and the service of Louis was even better! Grade for the Venetian A+. The Blue Lagoon had a very limited menu and service was fair to good, overall grade B+. Buffet food was alright I would grade as B- Overall experience on the Dawn was Excellent and we all look forward to future cruises and would jump on the Dawn at any chance! check out our unique service for the visually impaired at www.eyeseatravel.ca or www.eyeseatravel.us Read Less
