This was our 5th cruise, all previously on the Windsurf. We wanted to try one of the Windstar motor yachts and were pleased by the itinerary and departure from a U.S. port. Embarkation was seamless. And, although we could have encountered seas which were rough due to a storm in the area, it was exceptionally calm for the entire sailing.
The Star Pride is a gorgeous small ship - and only 180 ...
We chose this participar cruise because of the low price, proximity to home, and where in ended (in PR). This would allow us to spend a few extra days on the island.
We arrive promptly at a check in time at 10:30 AM. although the check in process was a breeze because we had prefilled all our documentation online, the onboarding process was slow. No one was allowed to board regardless of your ...
This was our first cruise longer than 7 days.It was a good decision and we will be booking longer cruises in the future.Getting on the ship ran smoothly and our room was ready . The inside cabins seem to have shrunk quite a bit.The layout of the ship was similar to other so finding our way around was easy. The shows were good but the dance routines were just a little too busy. The cruise director ...
We live just outside Boston and this was a 13 day round trip cruise from Boston which was perfect. I had recently been put on a restricted sodium diet and did worry about how that would work out over a 13 day cruise. I need not have worried as I had a woman meet with me every night to preorder my meal for the next night at whatever dining room we planned to eat. Including the specialty ...
Start to finish this cruise was AMAZING!! The cabin, restaurants, ports, entertainment and especially the staff. We cannot thank Benny our butler and Giann our concierge enough for making this cruise so special. The ship was spotless any hour of the day. The bar staff went out of their way to accommodate us. We traveled with a person using a scooter and he had no issues navigating his way through ...
We chose this cruise because it was out of Boston so we did not have to fly to get to the ship., We had sailed on the Gem last year and enjoyed the ship so we figured we would do it again. We enjoy all the different places to eat on the ship, your are not limited to the dining room or the buffet or the specialty restaurants. The money we saved on airfare we put into a better cabin, the suite ...
Being New Englanders we enjoy going out of Boston because of the convenience. The embarkation process was super easy this time...very little waiting around....and as usual, the staff was friendly and helpful.
We had been on the Gem before, so it was easy to get around and find everything. Our balcony cabin on the 9th floor was always clean and tidy. Thanks to the tour we had, we heard that the ...

This was the perfect itinerary with 7 ports in the beautiful Caribbean! Everything was top notch- fabulous Norwegian Gem and her crew. We enjoyed the specialty dining venues and the entertainment. Our cabin steward Lincey Mitchell was outstanding! He had everything ready for before we could even ask. The washy-washy crew always greeted with a smile and a kind word.
