What can i say more than a horrible vacation? The boat was overbooked..too many people everywhere..not one place next to the pool to reserve a chair, noisy boat with under age kids drinking and screaming..we had hate notes left on our door several times..gum on our door handle and the security officer told us that it wasnt their priority to see who might have done that and that camera footage was ...

We went on the Dawn last Summer and everything about it was perfect so we decided to do it again. Booked the Gem because we like to leave out of Boston. We booked 11 months in advance and decided to do a mini suite . We stayed in one last year and loved the extra room! Not the case on the Gem! We only saw our room steward in hall 3 times. Customer service rep Manuela de Olivera was ...

We have cruised on Norwegian before and liked the idea of going out of Boston and not dealing with flights. My husband and I, my son, wife and 2 granddaughters, my daughter and her husband went on the cruise. Getting onboard and off went very smoothly. comfortable rooms, great meals, great entertainment and lots for my granddaughters to do. They especially loved the Splash Academy on board!!! They ...

This is my 5th cruise with Norwegian. We usually take the cruises out of Miami which the ships are a lot bigger and offer more things to do.but decided to go out of Boston because it was an hour away drive.Although it cost twice as much to go on this cruise compared to cruises in Miami where there bigger and newer. If this is your first cruise i guess you would enjoy it but being my 5th cruise the ...

We chose the Norweigan ship from Boston to Bermuda. Getting on the ship took 40 min to check in because the desk has to check on our green card status. Our state room with a balcony was nice but for 7 days we never recieved fresh sheets and were asked to hang and reuse bathroom towels. If we wanted water in our room we had to pay $5.59. Our room steward took 3 days before he finally met us. The ...

My significant other and I just returned from the Boston to Bermuda cruise (5/3-5/10). We were on a Royal Caribbean cruise in December which we enjoyed very much but unfortunately we were very disappointed in the cruise on the Gem for several reasons. I purposely took notes so that I could let the customer relations department know about my first Norwegian experience. I do not believe you can ...

Cold food, lousy service

We chose this cruise because we had heard positive things. Very disappointed, we took this cruise for out fortieth wedding anniversary. Cold food was served starting the first night and every meal after that except at O’Sheehans. The specialty restaurants weren’t any better than the rest of the dining. We paid all of our fees before we took the cruise and were still charged $30.00 every day. ...

This was my 27th cruise with NCL since 2004. They have progressively gotten worse since that time. Specifically the food, service, and loyalty to their returning customers. Lobster use to be available in the main dining room and specialty restaurants. Not anymore! The desserts used to be something to look forward to. Not anymore! The desserts are made for the masses now. You know every day ...

Where to start, and apologies in advance for the length of this but when you are spending this amount of money knowing the line and ship is critical. First, we are experienced cruisers having been on Holland American, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Viking and Brendan. This was our first and last cruise on NCL. It started before we sailed. We actually chose the cruise based on the Maritime ports we ...

I wanted to take my elderly mother on a calm cruise as a cruise was on her bucket list. When I boarded the ship I ask if I could rent a wheelchair for my mother I was declined do to the face I did not make arrangements when I booked the reservation. I didn’t think we would need one 3 mo prior to the trip. I was spoken to TERRiBLE by the security personal. After we boarded the ship an after a 2 ...
