Always wanted to visit Nova Scotia so we chose this cruise for our 50th Anniversary. Our primary issue was the VERY LOUD games and music from the public areas below O'Sheehan's and the Lotus Garden restaurants. I'm not the biggest cruiser, but compared to others, this cruise was pretty average. What made it below average for us was our three kids. The amenities were pretty abysmal, especially for kids. My kids were bored! They would post hours for activities and then not have them open at the appointed time. They closed down areas like the basketball court at 5pm. The ship is old and in desperate need of refurbishing. We got a great rate and feel that it was worth the fare we paid. Had we paid full fare I would have been very upset.
