Check-in process was easy my balcony room is updated and very clean. The buffet was absolutely disgusting. The burger rolls were hard and moldy. I let the cook know the rolls were moldy and I saw him take the entire basket out. My son went to make a burger and I checked his bread and full of mold. The rolls were put back after I left. Embarkation was confusing due to discrepancies with Bermuda rules for testing. It it 4 days in advance. NCL - 3 days. On NCL webpage you can find statement - county rules supersedes NCL. Not so. Chose this cruise purely because we wanted to go to Bermuda and it leaves out of Boston. First of all the food was terrible, very bland mostly tasteless. Also everyone in my party had stomach issues due to the food for the entire trip. This was my first cruise. The staff was incredible, the food was great, and the only main complaint I have is that an extra day in Bermuda would have been better than the day in Maine in my opinion.
