This was the absolute worst cruise line that I have been on and I have been on 15 cruises. This was a budget cruise charging exorbitant prices. We were in a suite and we had no information provided for a special check in, why pay 11, 500 when we could have paid $2000 and gotten on board like every one else. Getting onto the cruise took a little longer than expected as it was line after line between checking Negative covid results and Passports. We booked our cruise in March for July through travel agent. We have a 3 and 5 year old. This was our family vacation this year. All in all, we spent about $6k. We got an inside stateroom , fine, nothing to write home about. We chose the Pearl because we live south of Boston & thought it would be great not to have to fly!
The Pearl is a very nice ship, but having some elevators not go to some decks was hard to maneuver, especially with someone in a wheelchair & another with COPD.

As Latitudes Sapphire members we have taken many NCL cruises. This is the first one that I am writing a negative review for.
The Good:
Embarkation was fine. Fairly organized.

Embarkation was confusing due to discrepancies with Bermuda rules for testing. It it 4 days in advance. NCL - 3 days. On NCL webpage you can find statement - county rules supersedes NCL. Not so. Check-in process was easy my balcony room is updated and very clean. The buffet was absolutely disgusting. The burger rolls were hard and moldy. I let the cook know the rolls were moldy and I saw him take the entire basket out. My son went to make a burger and I checked his bread and full of mold. The rolls were put back after I left.
