False advertisement on the wifi. When I chose the specialty dining it's 2 ppl eating why is the wifi only 1 person at a time. Bermuda was absolutely beautiful. The Cruise itself was okay. We have bern on 2 carnival cruises and a Disney cruise in the past. This cruise doesn’t come close to the outstanding service of Disney. We’ve taken several cruises on the Dawn and this was another terrific time. Embarkation was relatively easy. The crew, as always was excellent , friendly and helpful in every manner. Best meal was at Cagney's steak house ( additional charge )
I would think long and hard about cruising again..
I will say the customer service was excellent!
The ship was very clean.
pool could be bigger ,maybe just an adult only pool.
Elevators extremely slow.
waiting line for drinks was long and slow, need more bar help
