2019 New England Cruise- Seven-day journey.
The Regal is a large ship that handled the rough sea with grace. The Crew could hot have been and any better and always available for our concerns. We are already planning our next cruise as a result of this fine experience. The food was awesome and always warm. Choices on food are endless and the staff made every meal special. Celebrated my wives ...
St. Petersburg, Russia has been on our bucket list for years as has the Scandinavian Countries. We chose this cruise because it encompassed all of the countries we wanted to visit without having to pack and unpack, haul luggage on trains or to planes and it was our hotel, our meals and our entertainment neatly packaged!!!
We were impressed with how Princess handled the 3500 passengers both ...
I recommend this cruise to everyone I know. It's the perfect way to get an introduction to Scandinavia and by far the best way to see St. Petersburg, Russia. Everything about the cruise was stress free and very well organized, the medallions were incredibly easy to use.
Embarkation:
Embarking in Warnemunde was the fastest and most painless experience I have ever had with a cruise. We took ...
The cruise was excellent. We had wonderful weather! The St. Petersburg port was amazing. We booked our excursions through SPBTours and we had a great experience.
We spent 2 days in Berlin prior to the cruise and I would highly recommend spending time there...however, do NOT take Air Berlin or American Airlines. My luggage was lost and I still have not had a response from either airline on ...
After a Princess cruise to the Panama Canal on Coral Princess, we had wanted to do another Princess cruise. The Regal Princess was doing the Baltic and then repositioning to North America. We really liked the variety of ports and wanted to do a Trans-Atlantic. We were not disappointed on either itinerary.
The Regal Princess is an incredible ship and it offers much in terms of comfort, ...
We wanted to see eastern Germany, the Elbe River and Prague .
The staff on board the ship were very helpful, professional and made for a great cruise.
We extended pre cruise in Berlin. It was great. The Berlin Grand Hyatt was awesome. The Viking staff could have been a little more helpful with explaining use of public transportation. The Grand Hyatt was centrally located.
We also ...
My wife chose the cruise because we wanted to see Germany (where our ancestors came from) and see where Martin Luther lived because we were both of the Lutheran Faith. Both which were fulfilled on this amazing cruise. We had a great time saw lots of interesting places and learned a lot. The crew was more than helpful and went out of their way to make the trip a wonderful holiday for us. They ...
Having seen the cruises advertised on TV I rang for a brochure. When it arrived a thought the cruise too expensive for the number of days. I later received a flyer offering £1000 off per person and rang to book the cruise that appealed to us the most. We flew from a local airport which with hindsight was a mistake as it meant a transit stop in Amsterdam on both journeys. Flights would have been ...
September 2015 was our first Viking River Cruise and we thought the Elba River was a grest choice. The Viking travel folks were grest to work with at every step. This included the fact that the Elba River was too low to cruise. This information did not deter us and we were so glad we went.
We spent days on both the Viking Fontane and the Viking Schumann and the staff could not have better. ...
We were given a lot of information before leaving which was very useful.
Excellent hotels in Berlin and in Prague.
Staff very helpful at all times.
All the shore excursions were taken care of and information about what we were doing the next day was given to us the day before which was good.
Meals were excellent and we enjoyed them all.
Cabin was good, the shower in the bathroom ...
