Continuous Disappointment

Review for a Europe - British Isles & Western Cruise on Spitsbergen

The cruise to the outer British Isles was booked in March of 2020 after a very successful cruise up the Norwegian coast. With such a high opinion of Hurtigruten, we waited eagerly for the sailing of this cruise on April 11, 2022. To be fair, we were well greeted by the crew and very well looked after by housekeeping and the dining staff. The ship is comfortable and our cabin, 413, was spacious and ...

2019 New England Cruise- Seven-day journey. The Regal is a large ship that handled the rough sea with grace. The Crew could hot have been and any better and always available for our concerns. We are already planning our next cruise as a result of this fine experience. The food was awesome and always warm. Choices on food are endless and the staff made every meal special. Celebrated my wives ...

Another great experience with Viking.

We chose this one because we wanted to visit two of the places on the itinerary. We were not disappointed. Unfortunately we had not read the brochure properly and had not realised that the first two and last two nights would be in hotels, in Berlin and Prague respectively. However, that was our fault, not Viking's! In the event, we found the experience in Berlin rather dry, but Prague is a ...

Not enough activities, Princess excursions were poor, too much selling

Review for a Transatlantic Cruise on Regal Princess

We chose this cruise because of the itinerary. All 3rd party tours were excellent. Thank you Alla (Baltic) & eCoach (Ireland). The Princess tour guides were generally poor. Complaints that the tour was not what the tour was supposed to have been and tour guides even being nasty, especially in AArhus. Complained and never heard a word about it. Not enough activities, lectures, movies. People always ...

Always selling/uninspired meals

We have travelled almost 60 days with Princess and have been very satisfied in the past...but something has changed. The food was uninspired and repetitive for such a long cruise. There was no organized bridge for 40-50 daily players--even though a dining room was eventually supplied along with cards, pencils and a few bidding boxes. On a previous long cruise, we had the room as well as ...

My late brother suggested that we do one more cruise together after last year's incredible Viking Budapest to Amsterdam trip in June of 2016. He felt life was short and ergo we need to do at least one more extraordinary trip together. He passed away suddenly October 13, 2016. We went with him in our loving memory as his wife encouraged us to do. He was right! This was yet another exceptional ...

The cruise was excellent. We had wonderful weather! The St. Petersburg port was amazing. We booked our excursions through SPBTours and we had a great experience. We spent 2 days in Berlin prior to the cruise and I would highly recommend spending time there...however, do NOT take Air Berlin or American Airlines. My luggage was lost and I still have not had a response from either airline on ...

After a Princess cruise to the Panama Canal on Coral Princess, we had wanted to do another Princess cruise. The Regal Princess was doing the Baltic and then repositioning to North America. We really liked the variety of ports and wanted to do a Trans-Atlantic. We were not disappointed on either itinerary. The Regal Princess is an incredible ship and it offers much in terms of comfort, ...

We just voyaged on the new Regal, for over three weeks, September 2015. At about this same time last year we sailed on the Regal's sister, the Royal Princess, and in January of this year we sailed on the Coral Princess. The truth is, it is very difficult to rate cruise ships since they keep changing as the industry evolves and matures. There is no such thing as a best cruise line or best cruise ...
