Difficult weather conditions were compounded by Nautica Purser staff struggling to efficiently deal with immigration requirements and made for a chaotic cruise. We did the Beijing to Hong Kong cruise. Absolute chaos at the start when our ship could not dock in Tianjin and some 600 passengers had arrived at the port. There was no one from the shipping company or the port authority who could tell us what was going on.
