SMOKING!!! The stench of cigarette smoke onboard is disgusting. There is meant to be a smoking policy that restricts smoking to the starboard side of the ship and the casino. Compared to other cruise lines we found the service well below expectations. Embarkation to 90 minutes mostly spent outside in the heat. No communication or water was provided by staff.
