NCL canceled Sardina, spent 2 days at Florence port which does not allow for liqour to be served. Food was disgusting and cheap, employees seemed crabby and overworked, entertainment was limitted and poor quality. Sailed previously on NCL Encore to Alaska, and it was fabulous. The Epic, however needs to be dry docked - or sunk. The service was terrible. The food in most instances was deplorable. This was the Dave Koz Cruise 2023. It was booked back in 2019 for 2021 then had to be cancelled due to Covid. The service on this ship was HORRIBLE. The Customer Service Desk was useless and the Food was very bad.

Other than the amount of emails sent before the voyage which left me wondering what I should do before embarking, the trip just got worse as the days went by.
