We chose this cruise because is was rated so well and was a smaller cruise ship. With that we expected more individualized service. This was the second time that I was on this ship. First time was great (the year before). This time it was terrible.

To celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday.....we ordered room service breakfast for the morning of her birthday and mimosas to enjoy on the balcony hung the order on our cabin door....almost an hour and a half went by we called room service.
