Vision starting to show age and service not great
"We still had a nice time just be prepared for the food not to be up to the usual royal standard .We stayed in a ocean view stateroom which overall was comfy but is starting to show a few rough edges and repairs needed due to the age of the ship...."Read More

Hectic but enjoyable cruise

We are a family of four whose cruise had been delayed by two years with Covid restrictions. We were nervous pre cruise as we had to take Lateral Flow Tests before boarding. The process at embarkation was seamless. A lot had to be done on the app which some passengers may find daunting. Although the ship is not one of the new all bells and whistle ships it was beautifully kept just large enough ...

We booked this cruise for the great ports of call that we're on offer. The itinerary was sete, toulon, corsica, palma de mallorca, ibiza, cartagena, valenica and back into Barcelona. Embarkation was a breeze, the emuster drill is fantastic and saves a lot of time on the first day to do fun stuff around the ship. Dining however seems to be where the ship is having problems. The windjammer ...

Itinerary was awesome hitting Corsica, Rome, Sicilly, Portofino, Villenfranche, Toulon starting from Barcelona. Inside cruise ship rooms were large. We had two connecting inside rooms on deck 8 that were perfect for us. Dinner main dining room food was superb, especially the meat dishes. Main dining service, and room service was exceptional. The best of six Royal Caribbean cruises we ever ...

Time for a revamp

After sailing on many different RC ships, this one needs a revamp. The ship lacks basic recreational amenities (mini golf, water slides, etc) found on almost all other RC ships and needs for current amenities to be remodeled (whirlpools only fit 3 people). On the positive side, the crew is very friendly and the ship can dock in small ports. On this cruise, live entertainment in the theater ...

I chose this cruise as wanted the 12 days round the med and also Croatia and Montenegro. Frankly I was disappointed reasons being... had my time dining in the main dining room, which suited but found the food was far better in the windjammer, we ate there at lunchtime sometimes and were tempted to go back In the evening but did not want to have to serve ourselves as to me part of the cruise is ...

Always having done beach 5/6 star holidays, my wife and decided on doing something different this, so we chose a cruise. Never done one before, didn’t know what to expect. Royal Caribbean - Vision of the Seas - 12 night cruise of the Mediterranean. Full Board, which we found out is not the same as All Inclusive. We opted for all found, I.e include flights and another stay over in Barcelona at ...

If you need to be entertained 24/7 skip this boat. It has the basics which for me was fine. We had a busy itinerary and were only on the boat during sea days. Loved: staff, itinerary, food, specialty restaurants and chefs table, entertainment, clean Didn’t Love: bed was terrible and I did not sleep well, crappy internet that was expensive, drink package overpriced, smoking almost everywhere ...

I chose this cruise for the itinerary. This ship was perfect for this itinerary with so many port stops. The ship is small and doesn’t have as many activities to offer but with so many port days there wouldn’t be much time for ship activities. The food was very good in both the windjammer and the main dining room. The ship was clean and easy to get around. The cruise director, Steve Davis, and ...

This was the second part of TA crossing on Celebrity Infinity and changing ships and visiting Mediterranean ports to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary--a year early! 1 Stop in France; 4 stops in Italy; 1 in Croatia; 1 in Montenegro. Although it was a port heavy cruise with lots of walking, the ship still provided plenty to do with entertainment and special events, including a crew ...

We chose this cruise for the itinerary because it was visiting places we had not visited before. The ship whilst being 20 years old was in very good condition overall. Because my wife is in a wheelchair we had booked cabin 3102 which was an oceanview accessible cabin on deck 3. The cabin was very large with plenty of room for the wheelchair and a roll-in shower. Plenty of storage space so ...
