Whilst the ship in general was really luxurious the time given to the shipyard to complete the fitting out showed in many areas:-

We had a great time on the Explorer! The most outstanding thing was the customer service in EVERY aspect! The employees are so personable and nice. Their work ethic is incredible! We sprung for the Grand Suite, which was very impressive upon first entering it. Then, as we turned the hot tub on, it would not turn off and set off alarms. They are cavalier about it--as if saying I am sorry is enough Considering air, we are paying $2500 per day to be in a Penthouse Suite, that is NOT ok
