So disappointing

Food is mediocre, entertainment unoriginal, excursions not planned well (why am I in a shopping port on a Sunday? Florence on a Monday when museums are closed?). On one excursion we were "dumped" in a town with a map that had been photocopied so often it was no longer readable. In another city, our tour guide was dressed like he'd been living on the street, and we could only understand a ...

We chose the cruise because of the (original) port selection. Due to unrest, Princess cancelled Istanbul, which we understood and expected. We were on the Cruise to celebrate my father-in-law’s upcoming birthday, and it was not the best cruise or customer service by any means. rooms were quite small in comparison to other ships we have been on, the balcony was very narrow, and rooms were not cleaned properly when we arrived. Entertainment was ok, but some nights was painful. Food was good but the menu quite limited and for ...

After our plane had to be changed due to a run in with a tow truck we arrived to find the ship had sailed and we were then told to make our own way to the next port !!! Great start We arrived on the ship the next day with no help from princess and our arrival was not even acknowledged with an apology or anything . The ship itself is lovely but I found quite a few staff to be quite ...
