1-10 of 14 Barcelona to Europe Princess Regal Princess Cruise Reviews
We were on the Regal Cruise Ship. Princess Cruise Line has treated my husband and I very well. We booked through our travel agent. His luggage was lost by airline and Princess retrieved his luggage 11 days later; but, in the meantime, they furnished him complete formalwear & shoes. They went to British Airways & personally retrieved my husband's luggage & placed it in our stateroom. They provided ...
We flew in Barcelona a few days early to visit before our cruise. This was our fifth cruise with Princess. Our embarkation was very quick and efficient. Once on board we found our cabin easily. Our room steward was there minutes after our arrival to introduce himself and see if we needed anything. The ship is kept spotlessly clean. One thing different was the layout of the Lido deck buffet. On ...
I went on my first cruise this year in September, aboard the Regal Princess on its Maiden season. It lived up (if not superseded) my high expectations! From the minute I stepped aboard I loved it. We were on the 14th deck (I think it’s called Riviera) in an inside cabin, I felt like I was staying at the Hilton! I loved the fact you can turn on the tv and watch from the camera up on the bridge so ...
We've cruised over 23 times with Princess, but this was our (my husband and myself) first Mediterranean Cruise and Transatlantic crossing.
Positives: The ship is beautiful; everything is clean and new.
There were approx 4000 passengers on board but e ship never seemed crowded in the common areas. There was also plenty of deck chairs out by the pools,
The food was good in the dining room but ...
Having traveled on the Royal Princess last November, we knew the Regal Princess was the ship for us to get married on October 10, 2014.
From the first call booking the wedding/cruise, to walking down the aisle, it was stress free and exactly what we wanted.
The photographer/videographer were outstanding, Captain Edward made it so personalized and memorable for us.
The ship itself was awesome, ...
Just back from the Regal Princess, lovely ship but wish it had a promenade deck. We arrived in Barcelona airport at 1pm approx. and our luggage came off almost immediately, this was collected by Princess at approx. 1.15pm and we set off for the ship, dropped hand luggage off in the stateroom, lunch in Alfredo's, had a walk round the ship, went back to unpack, no luggage 4pm. Another stroll round ...
Our cruise experience was significantly affected by the loss of luggage for our adult daughter who was traveling with us. The ship itself was large but never felt like you had to walk miles to get anywhere. There were usually enough elevators to move passengers from floor to floor easily. The stabilizers on the ship had to be the best in the world because we NEVER felt the ship rock or move and ...
This was our first experience of Princess Cruises and we were very impressed; we have been on 6 P&O cruises previously so our loyalty points gave us an upgrade to ‘Platinum’ status which gave us a great bonus of 250 minutes each free wifi while on board.
The itinerary after Barcelona where we joined the ship was Toulon, Livorno; Rome, Naples, Mykonos, Istanbul, Kusadasi, Athens and ending in ...
just wanted to say this ship was beautiful but with some flaws. Yes the lifts, bad as mentioned by many other people, plus not everyone wants to walk stairs.
our table in the dining room was 412 - terrible just like a diner, stuck along a wall with a bench seat along the wall to seat 3 people, we could not even see a windows and pokey. we would not recommend this table to anyone. I would have ...
Sailed on the Regal Princess on August 18th from Barcelona. Embarkation was quick and easy. Entered the ship on the 6th floor in the Piazza, breathtaking. The ship is truly elegant. Our mini-suite was excellent, well appointed, balcony was sufficient for two but no more. Have been on several cruises however this was our first Mediterranean and first on Princess. The biggest plus was the ship, ...
