This is our first time to go on the cruise and wasn’t disappointed. Other people commented the ship is too old but as for me, I think it is the upkeep is excellent. We stayed in Deck 4, room 4316, outside cabin.
Cabin: good size for 2 people, cleaning services everyday
Food: at the buffet, the food was a typical normal buffet but a lot of varieties. Ice cream was too soft because it ...
As this ship is going to be dry docked for renovations the excursion were top notch. This the second time we took this ship for a cruise within a year. Most of the shows were the same as last time which were OK. They could have had more late night game shows like they had last year , I am not sure if the cruise director had something to do with it but he was a new person and did not seem as ...
We had never been to Spain so we chose this cruise. It did not disappoint. The weather the scenery the people were all amazing. The boat is older but if you are looking for excursions at every stop this will not disappoint you. Not a lot to do on the boat itself but the food is wonderful and the staff even better. We stayed in the owners suite and it was perfect. The butler Rey was over the top ...
we were interested in seeing these ports, most of which we had never seen before, and it was a great experience travelling with dear friends once again.
we had some issues on the flight to Barcelona, a gentleman passenger had a heart attack and we had to turn back to Heathrow in London which then kept us from making the rest of our connecting flights. Due to this delay, we were not able to ...

The NCL Spirit is a well run ship, our cabin with balcony was clean & Henry, our room Stewart, was friendly & pleasant. He kept our cabin neat & clean and looked after every detail. 10 day cruise starting from Barcelona to Morocco and Canary Islands. We stayed one night in Barcelona before boarding ship. Embarkation was quick. We booked an inside cabin because of price and got upgraded through NCL auction to ocean view cabin. Went to Imperial Rabat in Morocco; climbed 3rd largest volcano in the world in Tenerife; took cable car to Monte on Madeira (Portugal) and then had ...
This cruise itinerary - especially the Barcelona departure- was a main reason for choosing this cruise for my husband, daughter and me as well as my parents. As well, we had been on the Norwegian Escape and had loved it. We had read that the Spirit is a bit run down and we’re worried about that. It is true that the cabins need an upgrade however there have been extensive upgrades across the ship ...
I had most recently cruised on NCL Epic and Breakaway (which are much larger newer ships with outstanding entertainment) so my very first impression upon boarding was that the Spirit was old, tired, and had a confusing layout requiring you to go up or down to get to main dining room or theatre. Over the 10 days I came to love the smaller size, more personal experience with smaller size ship. ...
My Wife and I took this cruise as part of a gambling promotion where Norweign gives away free rooms with the intent that we gamble. Deplorable.. no service what so ever.. But that was gambling..
Food.. really the food is not no ...
