Nice common areas on deck - appreciated the stage area in a central spot that was consistent with music and entertainment throughout sea days and in the afternoons as cruisers were returning to the ship.

We had a great time, even with our 2 year old

We were very please with our cruise on the Norwegian Jewel. We traveled with our parents, another couple and most importantly our two year old. I was very please that the ship was a younger crowd and one that would not mind a toddler rubbing shoulder (ankles) with them. We stayed in the 3 bedroom Garden Villa and were treated very well. The embarkation process was extremely smooth as there was ...

We booked Air, Hotel and Cruise thru NCL from our TA. We splurged and went for the owners Our flight was from Toronto to Amsterdam and then Amsterdam to Barcelona. 6:00 p.m: We arrived at Toronto airport and received our Airline Tickets which included both boarding passes to Amsterdam and to Barcelona. We flew to Amsterdam with no issues, when we arrived in Amsterdam that's where our problem ...

We were a party of 6 including 3 children 16,14 and 4 and a grandmother!  Travelling from UK. We arrived having booked our own flights.  I had asked NCL UK if it was possible to book a transfer through them from the airport but was told no, but maybe on the way back check on board ,at shore excursions.  However,I approached the NCL rep at baggage retrieval and was told we could at $20 per person.  ...

I tried to keep this short but there is so much to rave about! Travel Day We opted for the NCL air and a pre-cruise stay in Barcelona. The flight on Lufthansa was uneventful although it was touch and go until boarding time as to whether we would have seats together. The Lufthansa gate agents came through in the end, though, and gave us revised seat assignments just before boarding. We changed in ...

This was my fifth cruise and fifth cruiseline. Overall, my husband and I had a wonderful time, but I have to say that this was not my favorite ship or favorite cruiseline. The ship -- In my opinion, the ship is average. I have been on some truly beautiful ships, and this is not one of them. Our room (10th floor balcony) was slightly below average and not spotlessly clean, as it has been on other ...

My wife and I were treated by my grandmother on our first cruise. We were in a group of 8. We were excited it was to be to Europe which was also a first for us. I was more excited for the actual cruising experience and my wife was more excited for the places we would see. If I were to go that far again, I would stay at least a day in the embarkation city to recuperate from the long travel from the ...
