I have sailed with MSC in 4 different ships in the past, Splendida, Poesia, Euribia (the best so far) and lastly World Europa which was a huge shock!
I don't even know where to begin on how awful the whole experience on this ship was. The staff was so unfriendly and always angry with everyone (guests and their own colleagues) there are a few exceptions of course but these were hard to find ...

I have cruised on various cruise lines so far including NCL, Celebrity, Carnival etc. This has been the worst from all aspects, except the staff. The food had literally no Vegetarian options. The shows were substandard. No coffee creamer’s. The quality of soap below par. Not even warm milk for coffee the first 2 days. I would not recommend this cruise line by any means. Seashore is very dirty, full of soot/ tar. We have videos and we like that people can see this. MSC is pretending that the Seashore is a very clean ship, it’s not and we can prove that. We are not the only ones with complains!

(1) only 4 to 5 choices of cheap fruits and melon always are cutted with hard skin, kiwi are just put in the bowl with skin. How do people eat them?

The food was absolutely terrible and there were no sanitation requirements going into the dining areas.
