Our embarkation went very smoothly as did disembarkation. Disembarkation was slower than embarkation but considering the number of passengers this was expected.

We chose this cruise to be able to enjoy seeing Europe. We took an arranged tour for the morning we arrived that was a Royal Caribbean offering. It was given by a woman whose English was hard to understand. We had one stop to use the facilities and take a few pictures. When we got back on the bus she did not have much to say. We have travelled on the Oasis, Independence and Allure all of which were exceptional. Therefore, we expected the same on the newest ship the Harmony. The ship itself is gorgeous. However, we found that the variety of shopping was much more limited than on the previous ships. For instance there was no liquor store, ice cream shop or dessert place.
