The ship was amazing. The staff members were terrific. The crown loft suite was fabulous. Grease and Columbus were wonderful. The food was good everywhere (we ate mostly in the Coastal Kitchen, but also tried the Hibachi, Sabors, Johnny Rockets, and all were great). Water slides were really fun. Highly recommend iSkate show as well. 1887 was good but we had trouble following the plot. Also recommend the comedian. He was very funny. We did our own shore excursions so I can't rate those. We got the beer/wine package which was worth it. I am not sure I would recommend the photo package because there weren't that many photographers around and you can take photos with your phone anyway. Our teenagers loved it and made friends on the ship (two 18-year olds and a 14 year old). Only criticism was the Solarium restaurant. It was hot and the food was not as good as elsewhere in my opinion. We would highly recommend Harmony of the Seas to all! Read Less

This was our first time Cruising and was really looking forward to it but was a bit disappointed to read the first reviews of this ship when it launched back in May BUT we need not have worried because to say this ship is AMAZING is an understatement! It is truly exceptional beyond description because you just have to go on it to understand. I personally think the negative reviews must have been given because of the weather as we were on this ship only a mere 3 weeks later and it is 100% finished and operational. The staff on RC are exceptional and must get a big THANK YOU from us because you all made our trip memorable. All staff from stateroom attendant to dining room staff and everyone in between. Ship is spotless (know its new but can only imagine older ships have same standard of cleanliness and hygiene) well designed and to us newcomers would only know you are sailing along by looking out! The food is fabulous and the choice is vast. Spa was so relaxing and again the staff exceptional. The entertainment on board is as good as anywhere. The production of Grease was outstanding. I could go on and on about our week long (way too short) holiday but it would read the same so if you want a holiday of a lifetime go on Harmony of the Seas or any other Royal Caribbean cruise ship and you wont be disappointed. The only negative all week long is that you could easily come off the ship at least 1 stone heavier with all the delicious food....... Take a bow you are a fab company Read Less
