I booked this shorter Med cruise, to check if standards and general improvement where high on MSC wish list, to my dismay they were not. While on the boat and in the room all is wonderful. Food is fantastic and service wonderful. Purchasing the silver alcohol upgrade isn’t really valuable because half of the waiter/bar staff don’t seem to understand it and even charged me for upgrades beyond having paid for silver . I choose this cruise because it was affordable but the food wasn't impressive nor was the service at the Wave Restaurant.
I did enjoy the entertainment which was great!
However when you cruise the highlight is alway the quality of your food. I did book one of the specialty restaurants which was hibachi style that was quite tasty & entertaining as well.

know we have enough but Cunard is dropping there offer and standards! Cost saving
