The Emerald was a good ship and had a great selection of ports. However, the food quality seemed to be off on this ship compared with the rest of the fleet. If you are looking for good food, this is not the ship for you! The general staff were very good with the exception of the front desk personnel. Chose the cruise because the price sounded good and was "inclusive". Was disappointed certain cities and port fees were added to the trip and the way it was presented and the experience we had.
