Booked a smaller ship thinking that overcrowding wouldn’t be as big of a problem as in past cruises. Boy, was I wrong, and add to that a dated jalopy of a ship to spend a week on. Don’t waste your money on this pile of garbage unless you like the hum and flicker of CFL light bulbs that *might* work if you’re lucky. Flight were scheduled by Star Clippers travel. My 12:30AM departure flight was cancelled when I arrived at the airport 2 hours early so I was without sleep for over 24 hours! Why didn't they send me day before and do overnight and fly next day to Barbados?? There was no way to speak to the person who does the booking.

Not only injured but upon return home was advised by ship insurance carrier that we required tons of previous medical information in order to obtain satisfaction for injuries and loss of ship use for 10 days after injury. The cruise itself was great. The rooms are large and well appointed, and the food is overall pretty excellent. It's amazing that we were at sea for more than a week, and yet they were still able to provide outstanding fruits and salads. For warm Caribbean weather. Great staff on board, lovely passengers. Mediocre food. Dreadful cabin on deck 14 immediately under pool deck where noisy activities, night and day.
