After my experience, all show and no substance.
The Ship cruised beautifully, but the staff let her down, especially the restaurant staff. They lacked training and even some meals appeared that were not as described. My wife and I have cruised 30 + times mostly with Celebrity, RCL, Princess and Airtours when they were operating.
Having read lots of good reviews we decided to try P and O. but oh dear what a mistake. How Ventura as a ship can rate highly in the Berlitz guide totally baffles me.
