This was our second cruise they were both with MSC
This was a special holiday as we were going to be celebrating our Golden wedding anniversary, but things were made very frustrating from the beginning because even though I booked 8 months ahead I was told I couldn't book our seats on the flight
Apparently they block book their clients on the aircraft but only release the names a few days ...

We choose this ship as it had a great itinary, however due to the hurricane they had to change it. ( not the ships fault)
Having been on approx 30 cruises, covering a wide range of cruise ships both large and small I have to say this is the worst ship I have been on and certainly wouldn’t go on an MSC cruise again.

Just returned from a Caribbean cruise on the MSC Fantasia.
Where to start, let's go with the good points:- Nice ship, very smart. Room (we had a balcony), pretty good, clean. Bars, pretty good too, with reasonable entertainment, not fantastic but OK.
Ports of call OK, but scruffy, not exactly paradise.
