Great Ship, very good staff and service. Entertainment was not as good as other cruise lines we have used.... The Pulse were brilliant the Crystal room dance band were dire and the general shows were middle of the road. We were lured onto Britannia as a last minute booking hence we were on a Saver Fare. We had experienced sailing with P & O prior to this booking and to be frank did not feel that this cruise company did not compare with our other cruises on Princess and Royal Caribbean,but felt that the this new vessel coupled with the itinery ticked the box. Love the transatlantic crossings, as you get time to relax on the sea days. Loved some of the talks, particularly ones by Dr Ken MacTaggart.
