We went on an anniversary cruise for our 18th wedding anniversary. My bride's luggage was promptly lost on the ship. After five days of battling with staff it was placed in our cabin, The staff fought me with tooth and nail because it could not have been Carnivals fault. The cabin was over air conditioned and had to be adjusted by staff six different times. Food on the ship is not up to the ...

Very disappointed with the ship and the staff. We knew when we booked the cruise the ship was old but did not expect to have uncomfortable beds and furniture in our suite that was like sitting on the floor. We had suites that were across the back of the ship and the decks were full of soot every time we pulled into port which made it impossible to use the deck until the cabins were cleaned. ...

Sailed out on November 11, 2014 down to Labadee, PR, St. Thomas and St. Maarten for a 10 day cruise. The weather and seas were terrific. Smooth silky waters both ways and great beautiful weather. But that is where things stopped being terrific. The food and service on this cruise was horrendous. I don't blame the crew as they are only doing their jobs and working with what they have. RCL needs to ...

The good and the bad: I did enjoy the entertainment, especially the Tango show and lessons, the Karaoke, the dance parties, etc. but the dining experience ruined it for me. This was my 4th cruise, but my 1st from Baltimore. I am vegan and gluten free because I am allergic to dairy and gluten, but I have never had any issue. I usually just alert the staff and they make things I can have. This time ...

All I can say is that our toilet ran really loud. Called guest services and they took the report about our toilet not flushing after pushing the button 3+ times and it had a delay of 5 minutes to flush. It was the worst!! Then all the cabins on our deck starboard side were doing the same things! Public toilets by the casino were not flushing either. Oil or diesel smell down the deck 7 Islands ...

Our First Cruise Carnival Pride July 3-10 Our family of 21 booked this cruise as a first time adventure for all of our families to vacation together. A primary focus for us was having 8 kids together so they could enjoy themselves and free up the adults to have grown up time! Embarkation from the Port of Baltimore is smooth. Parking is directly adjacent to the terminal and if you have preregistered online you are onboard 10 minutes from the time you park your car. The ship is easy to navigate. We arrived shortly after 3:00 pm, joined in the muster drill at 3:30 pm and pulled away from the dock at 4:00, looking over the skyline of Baltimore. We traveled with our two ...

We sailed on the Grandeur of the Seas sailing from Baltimore on May 26, 2006 for a 9 night cruise to the Western Caribbean. We drove to Baltimore the day before and stayed at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore. They had a cruise and snooze package that included keeping our car for the duration of the cruise. We arrived at the hotel early and were allowed to check in right away. The hotel is beautiful but ...

The ship was scheduled to leave Baltimore on Friday, Sept 16, but because of Hurricane Ophelia, delayed one day. Before our departure, two ports - Bahamas & Coco Cay - were eliminated from the trip. No alternate port was offered. No explanation as to why TWO ports were dropped from a ONE day delay. Because of Hurricane Rita, port of Key West was also eliminated from our trip. Spent an extra day ...
