I have never been treated more poorly by individuals who were supposed to be providing me with a service. The security on the ship is absolutely abysmal. There is zero care or concern for the safety and well-being of guests, there is flagrant misuse of authority and absolutely unbecoming conduct by several higher ranking crew members. The food, entertainment, crew, atmosphere, the ships interior and exterior architecture and design, and accommodations was most pleasant and enjoyable.
