This was the worst holiday we have ever experienced.
The advertised cruise was for Bermuda however due to Hurricane Matthew it ended up cruising to New York. Recently took a 9 night Canada and New England Cruise out of Baltimore on Royal Caribbean Grandeur of the Seas. Appeared to be a good deal...but never again on this ship.
The service was sloppy in the dining room and the quality of the food was often poor. Several nights we ordered food we didn't get; we would order coffee with dessert but it never arrived.
Some nights there was no "main" entertainment with only games that a few could play on the theater stage.

This was our first cruise with Royal Caribbean, and have only sailed with one other cruise line in the past.
