My sister and I needed a short vacation away together so we booked this cruise from Baltimore, only a 3 hr. Drive from home. We have been on other cruises in the past with friends and family but this was just a "sister cruise". From start to finish, I can't say enough about the wonderful service on this ship. I can't imagine being away from my family for 5-6 months at a time and still smile every day to all the customers. SUCH HARD WORKERS with little time off. People say that this is an "old ship with old people". This is not true! We saw people from 1-93 on this cruise. The 93 yr old lady was playing the piano in the Schooler Bar on the last night. What a treat to watch her play the piano. Just shows that you are never too old to enjoy life! Our wait staff in the man dining room was so sweet, Gener and Imade Ari! Yes they do get paid for their service but they also deserve a little extra tip for going the extra step. The food was tasty and I loved the salad bar at lunch in the main dining room where they mixed it all up for you! Wonderful! Our room steward was also great! She always greeted us with a smile and was eager to please us during our stay. Now the fun part. We meet some folks in the casino that were so cool! We spend a lot of time playing black jack and shouting "EVERYBODY WINS! When the dealer busted. Wow, we laughed and totally enjoyed ourselves. My sister even won the slot tournament for $500.00. Bermuda was fantastic! Warm but windy for 2 days.Booked the excursion for snorkeling and loved it. We didn't get to the beach but that's ok. Overall this was a great cruise and we would not hesitate to book again on Lady G. She is wonderful! Read Less

Great trip, biggest gripe was being too short of a vacation. Food is great, Staff is great and Service is Excellent. Was a bit rocky but made the best of hurricane season. We took a taxi ride around part of Bermuda and really got to take in the beautiful island, would highly recommend and only cost $180 for 6 of us to enjoy. The next day we did some shopping and a few went to the beach to enjoy the bit of sunshine we had during the trip. Much of the outside area was closed when underway because of rough seas and high winds, so we didn't get much time on the lounge chairs. Our dinning room experience is always great we love this ship because of the interaction with the main dinning room staff. Antonio and Meldon were awesome in the MTD and made our dinning experience one of the best. We also enjoyed Izumi on both sea days, some of the best sushi available. Read Less

We chose this cruise because it sailed out of Baltimore,MD and the destination was Bermuda. Upon arriving in Baltimore,MD at the port we were greeted with excellent service and smiles. The ship was awesome. It was impeccably clean and well staffed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our luggage was delivered promptly to our stateroom before we sailed. Our oceanview cabin 2064 was excellent. It was very clean, the bed was firm. There was plenty of storage space available in the closet, the drawers and in the bathroom. The dining on the ship was also very good. The Windjammer buffet offered the usual cruise like food. There was plenty of variety to choose from. The food was very fresh. Dining in the Great Gatsby dining room was great! The food was definitely gourmet. It was well prepared and presented. The dining room staff was very attentive. Greeted you with smiles throughout dinner. They made sure that you enjoyed your meal. The ship had plenty activities to choose from. You can relax at the sun deck, shop, or engage in the activities that were offered. We did not travel with children. I can't comment about the children's activities or services because we didn't use them. The age group on the ship varied from 25-70. Definitely an adult like cruise. The port at Bermuda Heritage Wharf was very nice and clean. It offers shopping and snorkel beach for those who did not want to venture out to Horshoe Bay upon arrival. Definitely do the excursion to Horseshoe Bay. It is absolutely beautiful. We were docked for two days. We chose to relax, however there are plenty of tours offered. It was a FANTASTIC cruise. Can't wait to sail again. Read Less

Excellent experience, ships crews provided a most pleasant experience. Dining personnel provided the most excellant service we have ever experienced. the cuisine was excellent and I must confess that it wa so good that I consumed much more than I should have. The special events such as the Military Veterans recognitions and the comedy and musical programs were highly enjoyable. As a combat vteran of the US Army in Vietnam I was highly honored to be recognized for my service. The time alloted to visit Bermuda was adequate and enjoyable. We found the ship's gift shops to be very well stocked and we purchased several gift items for our family in North Carolina. The stateroom and bath were always cleaned to perfection and we enjoyed the towel animals. I wish to repeat that all crew members from the officers to the maintence prsonnel were the friendly staff we have ever experienced. Ms Huaiguimilla made a remarkable impression on my wife and myself by her friendly and caring nature. Read Less

The cruise was organized by our local quilt shop and travel agent. Had a fun time checking out the ship's activities. Took a tour of the food galley which was very interesting, loved the 70s dance party, the marriage game, and the towel folding demo. Liked the solarium and different lounges to relax in. The staff and crew were so professional and friendly. We had excellent sailing weather and the weather in Bermuda was sunny and warm. The boats for America's Cup were there for the trials and we took a 4 hour tour of the island. We also attended an English Tea while on shore at Bermuda. The tea and scones were tasty. The food in the ship's dining room was really good and a nice menu each night. Loved the surf and turf dinner with filet mignon and lobster with baked Alaska for dessert. Especially loved the chilled, soups and tried a different one each night. The cruise was a great experience. Read Less
