The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

I have never been treated more poorly by individuals who were supposed to be providing me with a service. The security on the ship is absolutely abysmal. There is zero care or concern for the safety and well-being of guests, there is flagrant misuse of authority and absolutely unbecoming conduct by several higher ranking crew members. I thought by taking a twelve day cruise rather than flying to the southern caribbean would be a good idea. But what turned out to be seven days on this boat was a bad mistake.
