The Old School Ship of the Seas should be the name. The actual ship. Needs a paint job and renovations but has a lot of smiling faces on board with the best customer service.

Baltimore to the Bahamas
"Bimini also the same, the best island was Coco Cay which is a day on the beach, sandwich bites from food shacks, a large swimming pool with a swim up bar, over crowded. The shows were excellent but the Royal caribbean singing group when they sang as a trio or more the song turned irritating, but as soloist they were great...."Read More

Baltimore to the Bahamas

This cruise was pretty inexpensive compared to other Royal Caribbean cruises. The ship was well kept along with great service from the crew. It didn’t seem there was a lot to do in the Bahamas, Grand Bahamas was a little shallow on activities unless you like water activities. Bimini also the same, the best island was Coco Cay which is a day on the beach, sandwich bites from food shacks, a large ...

Leaving from Baltimore this cruise is on one of Royal's oldest ships in their current fleet, Enchantment of the Seas, invoking ideas that'll be dated, lack activities and in general be a boring ship, I'd say the opposite! This ship has some fun extra details due to its extension back in 2005, offering it's outdoor Oasis bar and a larger pool deck with see through floors to the passing ocean below! ...

This was my first cruise, while I did find some things that could there have been adjustments too. I enjoyed my cruise overall. I traveled with a group of 10 (Myself, my parents, my aunt, uncle, twin cousins (9 years old), two family friends & their daughter (11 years old). Our itinerary was 2 days Bermuda, Nassau, Bahamas, & Coco Cay, Bahamas. PROS: -The ship/cruise port is not far from my ...

Enjoyable recent cruise to Bermuda/Bahamas on the Royal Caribbean Enchantment of the Seas

We just returned from our 3rd enjoyable cruise on the Royal Caribbean Enchantment of the Seas (EOTS), and our 2nd EOTS cruise to Bermuda and the Bahamas. All 3 cruises to/from Baltimore. Baltimore is so convenient for us, only 45 miles away, so we are used to avoiding the hassles of air travel ... just driving up to the ship and having our luggage pulled out of the trunk, parking nearby, and ...

We booked this trip as an alternative to going to Florida around Spring Break & bc we couldn't go see any spring training games. The price was fantastic for the interior cabin we chose. We really just wanted to get away to a bit warmer weather & crash in the Solarium, so the itinerary/cabin combo weren't our primary worries this trip as they sometimes are when booking. I also didn't look to see ...

Flight to Baltimore was good on AA. Stayed at Admiral Fell Inn. Nice stay and much to do. Spent Saturday, prior to the cruise, in D.C. on a guided tour. Had a good time. Spent Easter in Inner Harbour. Embarkation: The worse we ever had. Spent over 2.5 hours in line to go through security. Brought 2 botlles of wine and was told that wine was not allowed. When we said yes it was now, we were ...

We are mid 60's, fairly active, and enjoy travel. This was our 26th cruise. We selected this ship based on itinerary and price. Also, since we live in Michigan and fly to the ports, we try to book 10 days or longer. We flew into Baltimore the day prior to the cruise and stayed at Spring Hill Suites on Redwood Street. Taxi from BWI to hotel was about $35. It is a very nice hotel, and we had ...

My husband and I have been on a dozen or so cruises over the years, and this sailing out of Baltimore was a bargain, especially since we could drive to the Port. The departure was effortless and we were on-board snacking in the Windjammer Buffet within about 30 minutes of getting dropped off at the port! I had tried to change our cabin a few days before sailing and was informed that it was a full ...

Ease of Baltimore Departure Eases Expectations

We have a one year old daughter and live one hour from Baltimore, thus the idea of taking 5 bags of baby crap by plane to Miami or by trunk to Maryland left us at the Baltimore Cruise Terminal. We've been on several cruises on new and old ships but are not stuck up when it comes to expectations. We knew that we would get lackluster ports (Port Canaveral, Nassau, CocoCay) and an older/smaller ...

Great Winter Escape Cruise

Review for a Caribbean - Eastern Cruise on Enchantment of the Seas

Overall, my husband and I had a very enjoyable time aboard Royal Caribbean's Enchantment of the Seas during our nine-night cruise to the eastern Caribbean out of Baltimore, MD. For reference, I'm twenty eight and my husband is thirty. We traveled alone. The majority of cruisers seemed to be older people, though there were an unusual number of families on this cruise because of winter break in the ...
