My wife and I were driving home from our jobs in D.C. and heard on the radio that Carnival had a two night "Cruise to Nowhere" leaving Baltimore on the very next day. This was a short 2 Night Cruise to Nowhere that was available due to the full week cruise being cancelled due to Hurricane Sandy. We had 3 cabins, which all had the exact same problems. The in-cabin phones were down the whole cruise, making it hard to report the following other issues. On day 1 and 3, the toilets were down for 15-20 minutes.
