We chose this cruise because we knew several people who had gone on it. First of all dealing with Carnival is a nightmare they can be so rude totally unhelpful. Travelled to Bermuda from Norfolk two years ago with Carnival. Many extended families, seemingly with navy affiltiation of some sort were on that 7-day cruise.
