Failure to complete the planned route and failure to provide compensation for this. The ship did not dock in Bisby due to "weather conditions" even though other cruise lines' ships did dock. I chose this cruise for the ports, especially Iceland. I could go on and on about the wonderful ports. My sister raved about Royal Caribbean so we thought we would try it.
