Looked to learn Baltic, North European and Scandinavia culture and cuisine. We are returning customers who are deeply and sadly disappointed in NCL's new attitude.
This was the worst and we would never cruise with them again.

We chose this cruise as our friends wanted to visit Germany. Well we got there and as it was a Sunday, no shops were opened. We were not told about this before getting off the ship and getting into a bus. It was infuriating.

We cruised the Baltic with the the Norwegian Breakaway expecting a quality of service similar to Carnival or Royal Caribbean.

We experienced many poor customer service to our dismay. Tipping is a culture in the US, and living in Los Angeles and Orlando for over 5 years, we are accustomed to it. Great service deserves tipping. Mother in law booked a family cruise on this floating nightmare. Checking in and boarding in Southampton was a joke. Rude miserable staff who did not want to be there and a terminal far too small for this ship. We waited in line for an hour and we had not even moved 20 meters.
