Passion for Norway for many years and wish to visit the Nordkapp by boat this time.
Saving instructions after embarking were not clear and communicated. The second call for that, we missed too, because we were at the swimmingpole at 9.00 hour and the call was posted at 9.40 hours. Silly!!! we found it in the evening by entering our cabin.

The following events were my experience with the MSC Ship:
1. When you embark the ship you were instructed to follow a long queue to take photos, even you said you are not willing to do so and you were not allowed to leave. You have to wait for others photo taking, it was more than 10 minutes;
2. The restaurant waiter firstly refused to offer free iced water, when you asked the senior staff ...
This is my 15th cruise, never been badly treated like this by customer service....
HAVE YOUR CRUISE INVOICE PRINTED EVERY DAY because of daily mistakes and since you cant see the credits on the app or in your cabin (you only see the charges), you have no idea of your balance (balance is NOT SHOWN NOWHERE ! Come on)

This was our 6th cruise and have loved all previous cruises. This was our first with MSC. The first day was terrible. I queued for nearly two hours to speak to guest services. The man that served me was unbelievably rude and purposely unhelpful. He was so arrogant and spoke to me as if I was annoying and irrelevant and that my problem was not his problem. We have cruised with MSC before and were really looking forward to repeating out previous and wonderful experience. Not to be.
