Everything is a lot more crowded than you expect. You stand in line a lot. Lines for the buffet, lines for getting on and off the boat, lines for ELEVATOR, lines for any and all food or snacks. Our room concierge was great and very kind. About the only thing on the cruise though. Food, I travelled with someone who was gluten intolerant. Mashed potatoes are one of the items she can eat. However those are not on the buffet for everyone as we were very rudely told she could not get those because it was on the kid buffet.
