OVERRUN SPRING BREAKERS

Review for Navigator of the Seas to Bahamas

10+ Cruises

Age 50s

This was one of the last cruises before the COVID-19 outbreak took down the cruise lines. I was not on spring break--I'm an actual, real adult that doesn't need to get drunk and vomit all over a cruise ship. The college idiots overran all public areas day and night and were very noisy in the stateroom areas all night long. Despite complaints, the ship staff made no attempts to control them. ...

Negatives: Spring break cruise, my MISTAKE. Screaming, drinking, banging on doors in the middle of the night, singing " coronavirus in the hallways" at 3am. Watched a couple of spring breakers who coughed without covering mouth and/or putting head into sleeve or anything more than one time, tried to avoid them as much as possible. Lesson learned! The balcony staterooms have been ...

Tired, Old, and Lack Luster

The ship has indeed seen her better days and they are all in the past. The boarding staff in New Orleans were rude, uninformed, and totally messed up boarding directions. They treated the passengers like cattle and laughed when you followed their uninformed directions instead of fixing their mistakes. The ship seemed dark, dank, and dirty. Not in the sense of trash everywhere, but things were ...

First Time Cruiser

Age 40s

We planned a 5 day trip to Disney and decided to take a cruise. Family of 5. My husband 40, myself 40, daughter 19, son 14, and youngest daughter 8. I had no preconceived thoughts. My first cruise. I would have rather just take the money spent on this cause and booked a week long vacation at Destin, FL. The room was spacious and it accommodated us just fine. We really enjoyed our private balcony. ...

Very Disappointed

My husband and I have done many cruises and this was our third carnival cruise. The food was awful and cold breakfast and dinner regardless of eating at the tiny buffet or dining room. It seemed like there wasn't enough crew to take care of the guests on board. The ladies room on the pool deck only had two stalls and one was broken from the moment we got on board. The pool was rusted and not ...

We chose this cruise because I it was kid friendly. We celebrated 60th and 40th birthdays and went with a large group. Cons When contacting customer service before our trip, our group was misinformed many times. Not as baby friendly has we hoped. We brought our 9 month old baby. Couldn’t get a high chair the first night and almost didn’t get one the second night. Had to go on a scavenger ...

Review for Celebrity Infinity to Bahamas

Age 40s

Where do I start? We really wanted to like Celebrity, alas it wasn't so. A little background about our cruising history: this was our 6th cruise on 5th cruise line, and first time on Celebrity. Other cruises were on NCL, Princess, RCL, and twice on MSC. We were looking forward to this short weekend cruise on Celebrity Infinity given Celebrity's reputation and accolades. We left thoroughly ...

Just to forewarn this is mainly all a negative comment Lol. This ship is the 3rd smallest in the fleet, and built in the 90s. Boarding was not very smooth for us. Royal Caribbean never sent me any emails or a boarding pass or a barcode or anything. Luckily I had downloaded the app so I at least had our room number but that was it. Ive been on one other cruise that was 10 years ago with ...

Just OK, Celebrity seems to be slipping big time

This was a quick 2-night weekend cruise meant to re-adjust Celebrity's schedule after a "rock and romance" charter. We took advantage of the low rates offered, but it seems Celebrity adjusted their service accordingly (more on the cons in a bit). Overall Pros: As others have stated, check in was a breeze. Passengers consisted mostly of couples and some friend groups, spanning all ages making ...

I'll start off by warning you this is a detailed review of our experience so far, on Majesty of the seas and we have only been in the ship a couple nights..hoping it turns around. The Royal Caribbean parking and check in process here in New Orleans is a clusterF#(K like no other, we have been on carnival from here and many RC cruises from other ports and none are as badly put together as the ...
