We decided to take this cruise again for the 3rd time.It has been at least a year, but I thought it was the same,However, some things have changed and not as good. The embarkation wasn't too bad,Our room was not so bad, considering the age of the ship. The staff were pretty nice and helpful. However, food wasn't available as it should be,and the quality was just average.(Bring snacks with you). The casino isn't as good as it has been in years past, and of course expect to pay high prices for drinks,(as with any cruise line). The entertainment was sub-par,we had expected to see the band that used to play there,Hollywood Brats, but there wasn't any bands,They were by far,the BEST we have seen on any cruise. The main show was o.k.not as good as one we saw there a few years ago,So,dont expect too much..The hamburgers and fries were pretty good. And we enjoyed being outside on deck at the pool..Freeport,is about the same as usual, expect to see lots of junk to buy,etc..Disembarking,wasn't too bad, just get up early!!!.We won't go back again,we will probably choose another cruise,However, our kids, enjoyed Freeport, but not so much the activities on the ship..Save your money, too much has changed on this cruiseline. We booked this cruise through a travel agency group at a great deal of $79 dollars per person. We thought that was a great deal so we jumped on it. It was ok really and for a test cruise which is what we used it for, to see if we could do a bigger cruise, it in itself was ok. But, the food was not so great. The better food was an up charge of course. Everything cost extra on the boat. Not much for kids to do there. A pool so small that I thought it was the hot tub at first. My son got to play ping pong on one of the two tables there one time before it was taken over by a large pack of 20 something kids that were rude and unruly. We saw a room where kids were playing video games, my son is 9 and asked if he could play but was told no because the games were for 13 to 17 year olds. I said why not shut the door then so other kids can’t see it? The smell of marijuana covered the entire ship pretty much anytime we left our room. I asked a staff member if anything could be done about it, but was told that he did not see a problem with it. My husband is a truck driver and is drug tested regularly, there was definitely a problem with it. We did an excursion to the Grand Lucayan resort, that was the best part of the whole cruise. The resort was beautiful! We had an issue with the on board cruise bucks where they closed our account which took an hour to resolve because of the language barriers between the me and the staff member at guest service desk. All in all, we made a good time out of it given what we had to work with. I will definitely not be back on the Grand Classica. Here’s to hoping our next cruise is better!! Read Less

Please read the entire review, ignoring my age my what i say is entirely true. I choose this cruise because I and my family found a discount on Groupon for it. The overall price was about $800 for my parents and my sister. Embarkation and disembarkation went smoothly. The ship was tiny. The pool is so small that at first, I thought it was a hot tub. There isn't much stuff for people under 18 to do. I am 12 years old, and when my family was away, I had to stay at a kids club. It was horrible. The ages are 3-6, 7-12, 13-17. I couldn't go to the 13-17 club because they were mostly 17, and the 7-12 club was mostly 7-year-olds! It was such a depressing time. The room was so cramped. When I went, all I did was blow a balloon, draw a face on it, and pop it, watch a movie and that's it. I hated it. I made sure I didn't go back there. Also, the cabins were okay. They were pretty small on the most part and the ocean view was very tiny. My suitcase was bigger than the window. The bathroom was also okay. Very small. The shower was so small, that all you had room for was yourself and a washcloth, which I guess it the purpose. Also, DO NOT BE FOOLED by the squares you get in a package that says "deodorant." its actual soap. The soap dispenser in the actual shower is shampoo. Dining could've been better. All the food tasted bland, except for taco night. The rest tasted like old chewing gum. I would suggest dining at the Yellow Elder if you want some quality food. Entertainment is mostly reserved for adults and the service is awful. The only thing that was on the menu for room service was a Turkey Sandwich. Seriously?? Excursions were too expensive for the product. I went to Lucaya beach in the Bahamas and that was fun. There was a pool on a cliff right next to the beach and a DJ. The marketplace in the Bahamas was confusing. Many people had the same products at different prices. When you start walking away, they start lowering the prices, begging you to come back. Make sure to get what your money is worth. I don't plan on coming back at all. That's all I have to say. Peace out. Read Less

I won this cruise on the radio. I am a frequent cruiser so I know what I like. This was an Ok cruise for 2 nights. To me, the shows were ok, nothing exiting and some of the dance synchronizations were off, but I understand. The staff was friendly and everything was clean. My kids were bored b/c they had no structured activities for them (13 & 15). The food was ok. We took the Jeep Adventure and beach experience shore excursion; save your money. The only thing we saw was a bunch of weeds and trees, a bat cave and a supposedly millionaires lane. The beach was almost deserted and the Lucaya Market place (not Port Lucaya Market) had only 3 shops. The Jeep we rode in was quite raggedy, but it did have a/c. I was disappointed because this excursion was recommended. BIG MISTATE! Do not pay for this excursion. A waste of money. The cruise was average. I do not plan to cruise with this line again. We sailed as part of a package deal with a timeshare presentation. We stayed in Freeport for 2 nights, then back on the ship for another night. I have been on 14 cruises prior to this one...the shortest. The ship was formerly operated by Carnival as the Carnival Celebration. It is a 30 year old ship, but it still looks pretty good. I would say not quite as good as other cruises, but as a smaller ship, it feels less crowded and more relaxed than other cruises. Embarkation was fairly simple, and debarkation, although fairly easy, came with one glitch. We decided to self debark by taking all of our luggage with us. While we had a time frame for this, the ship did not announce when the ship was cleared and we could leave. By the time we got off the ship, there were 400 passengers in line to clear Bahamian customs. Fortunately, we bypassed that line because my wife is handicapped. Recommend self debarkation, but don't expect an announcement that the ship is cleared. Some people diss cruises, but personally, I've never had a bad one. Just go on this simple 2 night cruise, and just enjoy it! It is what you make it. I would go again. The only two things that took away from the experience: 1) The cruise line charged us $9 a day for a fuel surcharge. Not sure on what this is based, as worldwide oil prices have been very moderate, and 2) valet parking the port (not fault of the cruise line) was $18 a night. So this raked up a bill of $72 just for the 4 nights we were gone. Not many other options. You can self park, but not recommended. Read Less

The cruise was for my 21st birthday. I have never been on a cruise so this was a learning experience. I understand you get what you pay for but I definitely expected more. The pools and Jacuzzis were not filled until Saturday before we got off the boat. When we got back on they were empty again! I would call and ask and the desk had no idea what was going on. The deck security said maintenance but we didn't see any. We had 3 people and was assured the room would accommodate but when we got there, there was only 1 bed. We had to call and get a roll away. The food was the best part especially the restaurant that is included. They can't help the people who cruise but as a young person wanting to party I was disappointed. The music they played was outdated and no one was really participating. There were fun contests by the pool and stuff but that was the extent. The shore excursions are bs so you are better off exploring according to TripAdvisor. Our snorkeling got cancelled due to weather so they refunded us. They didn't offer any alternative which should have been a day at their own resort but at least we were refunded. The service was pretty good especially our housekeeper Sayuti, I believe. All in all the boat was pretty boring but if you have fun people with you, you might have a good time. Read Less

This cruise was a good introduction to cruising. the food was good and the weather was great. My issues were that the information was sparse on where things were on the ship, the intercom system was awful so you could not hear messages/notices on events etc. The cabin was clean but small. The bunk bed states no one over 200 lbs so we had to get a cot brought in as our teenager just reached that limit and we did not want him crashing to the floor. The buffets featured a variety of food and there was always something being served somewhere on the ship. The dining room for sit down menu meals (complementary) featured a lot of foods with a high salt content. Generally the staff were excellent. The only issue was the gift shop where some of the staff were rude and disrespectful. On board entertainment was mostly based on dancing and drinking. Drinks were very expensive but if you bought a $14 glass you could get alcoholic drinks in it for $11. They also sold tickets for 10 drinks for $65. Major issues of concern: not told we were going to a different island, very poor on board speaker system, disembarkation process - told to get up and out of room by 7:30 am and to debark by 9 and then after rushing and rushing told to wait for hours as customs were behind. People stood in lines for hours to leave the ship. Read Less

We booked this ship for a Bahamas cruise but we ended up going to Bimini instead of Grand Bahama Island because who knows why. Pretty frustrating as we had to take ferris there and back and wait for 2.5 hours each way. we spent a total of 4 hours of our day on the island and 5 hours waiting in line. Alcohol was too expensive and drinks were extremely strong and didn't taste good. It's easy to bring alcohol bought on the island back with you in a backpack, they didn't check bags. Overall it was a very upsetting experience and I’ve never been treated so poorly by staff. The entire cruise felt like a sales pitch. Staff walked around and tried to sell everything from bottled water, to sunglasses. Not to mention the hidden fees like $12.00 per day, per person for housekeeping and additional port fees after we already prepaid all the port fees. Parts of the ship were blocked off because they were welding and painting while we were on the ship. The smoke from the welding was awful and the loud noises, very annoying and unnecessary. We also had a bad encounter with Jose from hospitality, I asked him a question about a coupon we had gotten onboard and he gave me attitude about how I had no common sense because I didn't know where I could spend this coupon. Excuse me? Also, they don't give you any information about anything onboard, its annoying when you don't know whats going on, ever. No schedules or anything were given out. We met some great people on their cruise from all over, very nice people who were just there to enjoy. But there were also a lot of sketchy people. Saying this cruise was 'ghetto' is about the way I'd describe it. Overall, we had a good time on the cruise, besides a few glitches, but if you're expecting anything phenomenal for the money you paid, well I'll just say you get what you pay for! :) My advice would be to spend about $50 more per person and go on a Carnival cruise. So much better! Read Less

We decided to book this cruise because of the low price and because we have two children (ages 13 and 15) who have never cruised before. We wanted something short to see how they would be. We flew to West Palm from NJ and had a taxi take us to the port. We arrived at the port at approx. 11:15am. We checked our luggage and went in to check in. The check in process was fairly smooth. You show all your documentation and fill out a credit card charge form for any room charges and tips you incur. We were also asked if we wanted to upgrade our room to a balcony suite for $250.00, which we did, and I'm glad we did.You are then given your sail cards and you go to another area where you can purchase excursions, drink tickets, the unlimited soda cups, bottles of alcohol and make dinner reservations. We purchased the soda cups for our children and I purchased the 10 drink tickets for 65.00. We also booked an excursion. When we boarded the boat at around noon we were told that the rooms were not ready until 2 pm, however they were ready around 1. We found the room to be really spacious. We had a double bed and then behind a partial wall was a sofa, a small table and two chairs. The sofa was also a bed and that was where my kids slept. Our balcony view was partially blocked by a lifeboat, but it was amazing to sit out on the balcony anyway. Having the suite also came with some perks. There was a small complementary fruit basket in our room when we arrived, and we also received complementary chocolate dipped strawberries and a plate of cheese and crackers. The drinks on the boat are expensive and the servers do continuously ask you if you need anything, but they were all super nice and courteous. And they werent rude when you said no thank you. The main pool is pretty small but there is another pool at the rear of the boat. The boat isnt anything fancy, but it is kept clean and there are a pretty decent amount of activities to do if you want to. We did not eat in the sit down restaurant, my kids didn't want to be bothered. They have one sit down that is included in the price and one that is extra. We just ate at the buffet and the outside grill area by the pool. The buffet food was just ok. The grill area out by the pool had hamburgers , hotdogs and french fries along with a couple salads , and an ice cream machine. Because of damage from Hurricane Matthew we could not go to the normal trip stop in Nassau so we went to Bimini instead. Since there is no port in Bimini you have to take a small boat to the island. We didnt have any issues transferring to the smaller boat like some people in previous posts did. We chose to just rent a golf cart and check out the island. Unfortunately there isnt a whole lot to do there. The one end of the island where people live is very poor. A lot of houses that look to be falling down. Its sad really. The straw market is literally a cluster of maybe 10 spaces, approx 8 ft x 8 ft each, that have stuff you can purchase. Mostly cheap t-shirts, hats, bags etc. The other end of the island is where the Hilton is and is much more like a resort. There is a big hotel and a bunch of rental units. At the very end is a beach where you can swim. We swam for a little bit then turned in our golf cart and headed back to the boat. On the last day we stayed on the boat until around 10. Another perk of being in a balcony suite is you get VIP service off the boat. The lines getting off the boat are crazy long due to having to go through customs. We were taken down and got to go to the front of the line so we saved probably an hour or two disembarking. Overall, we had a lot of fun with our kids. We played trivia, watched a show, played bingo, gambled a little, played in a corn hole tournament and just really enjoyed hanging out with each other. We also met a lot of really nice people from all over the place. I'd say it was definitely worth the money, just watch your spending on the ship. Our room steward, Ernesto, was wonderful and so were two of our servers, Erroll and Loermer, actually everyone working on the ship was great, but those three stood out. My kids have already said they want to do a longer cruise next year so they obviously had a good time. Like most things in life, it's what you make of it. If you let little things bother you, you'll be miserable. If you are a just go with the flow type, then you will have fun. It can be as wonderful or as horrible as you want it to be. My family had a great time. Read Less

We just got back from our Bahamas Celebration cruise to Bimini. The ship is an older Carnival ship, but it is in good condition and big enough to give you a big ship feel. The embarkation went very quick. We were on the ship in about 20 minutes. We did get there at first available boarding. The cabin was adequate for the size of the ship and clean. One "gottcha" was my girlfriend and i were both charged $24 on our sail and sign card for the cabin steward. We thought the $48 was high for a two night cruise. The food was better than I expected for an older ship. A pleasant surprise. The drinks were $7 for a domestic beer and $9 for a regular drink tip included. The drinks were OK, a bit watery for the money. We did go to the main theater and watched both shows and they were very good. Again, better than I thought they would be. We had to tender in to Bimini and it wasn't pleasant or easy. Celebration usually goes to Freeport, Bahamas, but has been temporarily rerouted to Bimini while Freeport gets repaired from Hurricane Mathew. It took up to 90mins to complete the process. Once on Bimini there isn't much to do if you don't rent a golf cart (Cars are not available). We rented a six person cart for $65 for the day and that saved the day. We had to really scramble to find the cart. They do not have enough to go around. So get off the ship early if you want one. Once back in home port. the disembarkation went very smoothly of us. We were the couple of people to get off the ship when it docked at 7:30am. All in all this is a good product and I will be back. I was disappointed in the cabin steward charge. Read Less

I personally wasn't expecting a lot because we are spoiled from the larger cruise lines that we have traveled in the past but this trip was put together by my sister in-law who has stage 4 cancer and it was on her Bucket List to go on a cruise ship for her first time.. The issue with jumping through the hoops to get the tickets from the supposed 90 min time share deal was so disappointing. We were up front and honest about why we were at Vacation Village .. booked for this ship and that we were not buying. ..4 hours and 53 min later they finally gave up the vouchers. So we get to the cruise terminal, valet parked for 18 bucks a day...was told 14 bucks over the phone.. No big deal. Used Handicap line to check in. The lady that did our check in messed up the tickets 3 times. It took 1 hour and 24 min to check 4 people on the cruise. GET A PASSPORT....it will save you time getting on and off. So..got aboard and went straight for the ice cream!! I remembered the ship when it was at Carnival so getting around for the wife and I was easy. Was kind of sad that the condition of the ship was just not up to par. You can see the wear from the usage it has had for all the years. Got to say though.. All the staff that we had contact with gets a A+++.. Absolutely no complaints...as well as the food.. I thought it was great. They can afford larger cups I think for the cash they get.. The free drinks were limited ..water apple.. orange juice..or something that had the flavor of apple and orange... The Tea wasn't to bad for being pumped in.. Had the typical bar drinks.. They didn't have much in the way of beer choices.. I don't drink lite beer and only like a few mixed .. Over all the ship was clean..just rusting and the wood teak is splintering. They could have more activities for kids. The game room had only 6 or so games. Kids were running pretty wild all over the ship.....which I am not knocking cause my kids had the same fun when they were that age..but I didn't let them just be wild. An now they are both over 18 ... Rooms were clean. only 1 US plug in so take a strip with you if you go on this ..what I call "Taxi Ride" to Freeport. The TV...well..lets just say THEY SUX.. 5 channels only...and old tech TV's.. I wanted to use the HDMi cable from my phone to play some movies but the TV was from the 80's it seemed like. Hard beds. My A/C vent was screwed up. Had to call for someone to fix it and after the 5th time, they showed up. The vent was held in with 2 drywall screws and there was very little air flow. That's because my room was last on the A/C line....but my son'\s room next to us was connected to the Kitchen. He had perfect A/C.. They gave us a fan so that was better Entertainment was great. The Casino was so small though... like only 25 or so slots...TIGHT slots I should say.. even the 1 cent slots were tight. Only saw 1 jackpot of 450 bucks...The table games were great. Good looking lady's dealing. I did find that most of the men dealers...not while they have a game going..seemed aggravated if you ask them how to play the game.. I passed those tables up.. They should give free WiFi.. The computer area they have..I never saw the first person using them.. Wasted space for sure. In Freeport.. Was my first ..and Last time there. There is nothing..even the shore excursions were kinda lame. My kids did 4 wheeling ..we did Grand Lucayan..and friends we met did snorkling ..4 wheelers were crap they said.. Guide was ok..took forever to get from port to destination ..Same with just going to Grand Lucayan Resort...Best part of that portion of out trip was the bus driver.. He was funny... Gave him a 20 dollar tip for the long drive to nowhere.. The market place was just like every Flea Market here in the states but with more colors.. Coming back was pleasant.. Pretty smooth ride for sure. Again entertainment and staff were great. At port this morning....a Zoo.. GET A PASSPORT like I mentioned.. I had mine but the wife and kids had expired so they had to use birth certificates. That Birth Certificate line took 2 hours. Only took 5 min to get the car.. Bottom line.. Old Boat...Old Port of Call.. Old standing in line for getting on and off. Old going through a timeshare speel... No need to ever go back to Freeport....But the main deal was for the sister in-law with her health issues.. We made it through with minimal drama about our stay and made sure he had a smile on her face for that will most likely be the last cruise she will ever be able to take.. I think I will see about a 7 day trip with her on Allure or Oasis.. Love those ships.. Hopefully she will still be with us.. Read Less

Chose this because we were traveling with our parents. It was their first cruise, so we thought a short one would be suffice. We had cruised to Nassau before and were hopeful that Freeport would be just as awesome. The ship itself was dated. The rooms were a nice size. The food was ok, but seemed limited. Shows were average and the clubs were nice. The most disappointing part of the trip was Freeport. Not as exciting as Nassua. While the driver tried to impress, there really wasn't much to see and the history of the young island is limited. It is necessary to take a taxi to "civilization" where the beaches and shopping district are. Getting off of the ship was a chore. Long lines at customs made for a 2 hour wait, however, valet was pretty quick. Not a phenomenal experience, but you get what you pay for. Good trip for a weekend getaway. We needed to get away for a weekend and Groupon had a 2 for 1 deal. The Pros: the buffet food; the service staff the embarkation and disembarkation process; the lounge entertainment. The Cons: this is an old ship. No balconies. Half the time one or more elevators were out of condition. The Admiralty Restaurant is not worth the upgrade. The mattresses in the cabin we had were atrocious. The ship docks in Port Lucaya. Unfortunately this area never fully recovered from the 04 hurricanes and remains pretty well beaten up. Lots of closed buildings and poverty. The shopping area holds no bargains and we were actually happy to get back on the ship. Fortunately this is just a 2 night trip and you get what you pay for. It's probably unfair to rate this cruise in comparison to regular cruises. We have been to both the Caribbean and Europe on real cruise ships. We won't do this one again. Read Less

We are a mature couple living in Miami Beach. We booked this two nights cruise on the Gran Celebration to Bahamas in Bayside by South Florida Travel& tours. We paid 700$ while later realizing that booking directly with the cruise company would have costed only 400$! My wife has cruised few times in Europe while for me was the first time. The trip to Palm Beach was about 90 minutes long. When we arrived the valet parking was fast and efficient. On the way to the embarkement we were stopped by cruise staff who offered us a free stay for the next day in The Memories hotel resort. The only condition was to listen to a 90 minute presentation. The embarkement was reasonably quick and the room almost ready. The luggage were delivered in within a couple of hours. We booked a room with ocean view on deck 7. The room was what one would expect in a ship of that age with all the necessary facilities. However there was a rather significant noisy vibration at times and it was rather cold. The food in general was sufficiently good but not impressive. The serving staff were very nice and polite rendering dining a cosy event. Regrettably there are no drinks included a part water and coffee. Drinks are rather expensive with a Cocacola at more than 5$ and a glass of red wine at 9$. Enterteinment was very good. We enjoied the singers and the dancing in the piano bar, the casino area, the theater and the rest. We also enjoyed the wine tasting we had the first evening on board at very reasanable price. The trip to Bahamas was quit and slow. In the morning we were picked up on time for our excursion to the Memories resort. The 90 minute presentation became a three hour discussion with few individuals trying to sell us holidays for the next 30 years for 42000$! Since the weather was rather bad, we did not really minded although we were surprised that the cruise company was somehow part of what I would define as an intent to froud. The disembarkement was also quick and efficient. The car was delivered in few minutes. All in all it was a nice experience mostly because of the enterteinment. Read Less

This was a package deal, with a stay in FL, One night cruise to Freeport, a stay there, and then a One night cruise back to FL. This is the second time we've cruised with this company, last time was on their older, now retired ship. That time we stayed on board for the 2 nights consecutively and that was better than two nights separated by a stay in the Bahamas. It was too much, trying to move around, not really getting settled in. We've also done 7 nights on Carnival and that is great, unpacking for the entire 7 days and staying in one room. BUT, we knew what we were doing when we booked and it was a fun vacation, just not a really relaxing one. Embarkation was easy, not super long lines. Valet parking, $17per day, cash, very smooth. If you have all your paperwork filled out, that helps, but there were forms that we all had to fill out once we got there, but that was ok, not too bad. The longest line was signing in for your dinner reservation time. After that, right on the ship. We had a great time at dinner, sitting on the deck, enjoying the weather, but really, there's not a lot else to do. We caught the end of a comedy/entertainment show and it was good, the second night, we saw the whole thing and enjoyed it. We sat through the newlywed/not so newlywed game, and it was funny. The karaoke was ok, but that could be on any ship, it's the talent that makes or breaks it! LOL. The ship was not crowded, they said it was not full, but they also couldn't move our two cabins (we have in our family, hubby and I and our 3 teenage kids) closer together on the way over, we didn't even ask on the way back. But, it was ok, we were on the same floor. Our rooms were hot, but we asked our cabin steward for a fan and he got us one right away, and it was perfectly comfortable. The kids were very board on this trip. The kids club was kinda boring, my 12yo didn't want to go into the younger room, felt like she was too old for that. The 16yo played arcade games for a bit, but that got old. Our 19yo couldn't go in, the age limit was 18, so... We did get off and stay in the Bahamas, so the next morning, they were calling the shuttle bus groups to disembark. We decided to save a little money and avoid the crowds, the shuttle busses are the big charter busses, so not sure how many people they hold, and took our own taxi. They are there at port and were $35 for 5 of us. So, on the round trip, saved about $20, not as much as I thought, last time it was $5/pp, but that was fine, like I said, we also avoided the crowds. We just got off the boat when we were ready and were on our own. Getting back on the ship, after our stay, was very easy, just had to go through customs. We have passports, so that does make it faster. Our taxi driver dropped us off at port, and we had no lines, back on the ship in minutes. Again, the ship was a little lacking on things to do, but we managed. There was dancing on the back of the ship, and that was quite amusing, but so much seemed geared toward the Latin entertainment. I figured there would be a mix of music, a little island flair, pop, something else, but mostly just the Latin tunes. It did get old. The night club was dead, the casino had customers, but wasn't booming. The one neat thing, not over the top, but they did put out a midnight buffet. It was pretty good too. We were just so full from eating a late dinner that we didn't want much. Once you done ships with lots more to do, more going on, deck parties and things like that, ships like this seem dull. We choose to put our luggage out the night before, so we didn't have to carry it off. We had no problems, no lines getting off the ship. Once at baggage claim and customs, we had our passports, so we were able to skip the LONNNNNNG line of those with only birth certificates! That was awesome, we were out in no time. We gave our ticket to the valet, waited about 10 mins, had our car and were on our way! This was a nice trip, basically the way we did it, just a ferry to the Bahamas and back to FL. It wasn't super expensive, so we felt, for what we paid, it was good. Read Less

First I wanna start by saying I have been on other cruise lines and after reading these reviews I was disappointed before I got on the boat. After I booked this vacation for me and my family a party of 8 we had 3 cabins I was so disappointed after reading the reviews. Thankful to say it DID NOT go nothing like those reviews. We had an amazing time. We got there and everything was on time and lines were fast and organized. Once on the boat we had lunch. Which is typical boat food buffet diner style food. It was good. Lots of choices. Half of us did carry on and the other half checked in luggage. Luggage took forever to get to room I recommend carry on. The pools are small there salt water but weren't over crowed at all. I was expecting something nice with slides a little bigger. They do have a kiddie pool small as well but again not over crowed at all. The dinner was at stellar dining room and the food was good desserts were delicious mango sherbet was to die for and the people so nice. One of our cabins had a small problem with the sink we let them know by the time we came back from dinner it was fixed. The other cabin has a problem with the bed and by the time we can't back from the pool it was fixed as well. We arrived at the port in the morning walking distance to the market had an amazing time at senor frog. Once on board the ship sailed and my son got sick the crew was amazing giving him crackers and green apples once he felt better we saw the show which was very nice and went to our 2nd night dinner which was yet again a very nice dinner. Beef Wellington very good and chocolate mousse cake was amazing. Lines to get off at west palm beach port were long to immigration but over all the cruise was nice. Do they have room for improvement? Yes! Without a doubt they need more activities for children. The juice was awful fruit punch. Coffee is not all that either. Boat needs more TLC. More activities for adults as well (night karaoke was nice on deck) Air condition in the cabins not very cool. Hot water not to good in the handicap cabin but in the other cabins was good. Elevator always busy(had to wait allot on them) It is a small boat and the price is way cheaper than other. For the price it's very good. If I had to rate the crew members alone I would give 5 stars very nice crew amazing attention with me and my family. Over all I would go again. Yes there is better cruise lines with more luxury and better pools and food but yet again this is a small ship on a small budget. Read Less
