I have cruised NCL many times and have been on the Jade before. Things have changed with this cruise line. Customer service was not good. Could not get a water bottle or even a pad of paper and pen for the room. Was told this was only available for full suites and above, we had a balcony suite. Ship smelled like cigarettes and pot. The only workers that were nice to us were the person cleaning our cabin and our server. Sewer smell in old carpet along the Stateroom halls. Same Low grade foods every day. The Breads and baking foods are old. I don't think They are baked here on the ship because of the looks, feel and smell.
