We booked this cruise last minute as we have never been to Norway. We have two girls age 13 and 9 who were very excited as we have been cruising with Royal Caribbean in the past and they thoughly enjoyed the experience. Unfortunately, we experienced the following: - Inside cabin had stains on the carpet - Corridor smelt of dirty toilets. - buffet had scratched plastic cups. Embarkation was busyt but quite organised. The cabin was spacious with excellent sized balcony. Cleanliness within the cabin was off a high standard and the nightly bed turn down and chocolates was a nice touch. as was the complimentary bottle of champagne . The embarkation was very easy. Our cabin was very roomy, the cabin steward kept it spotless. The waiters in the Oriental dining room Alan & Stanley couldn't have been nicer. It started badly! Last voyage had Norovirus on board so we were asked to turn up for embarkation 2 hours later than advertised! Turned up at that time and it took us 3 hours to get on board ship!
