My wife had a specific diet entitled a "thick pureed diet" and we sent all relevant documentation before we booked and p & o customer services sent them direct to the azura who replied that this diet would be no problem so we booked.

When we arrived at our cabin, there was blood on one of the pillows. Also, the ship did not appear to have been deep-cleaned.
P&O do not seem to cater well for those with disabilities. It was difficult for my wife to get around the cleaning trolly using her walker. This was because the towels stuck out from the sides.

Picked P&O as it sailed from Southampton and it was easier to get from London with family. But there is literally no comparison with Celebrity cruise. It’s essentially a 2* cruise ship.

Went for a week on the Azura.
Having now done 13 cruises this has been the worst by a mile.
We booked 3 cabins and paid £5685 including a premium to have them near each other as one of our family is disabled and needs our assistance.
The ship often stank of sewage, the corridor outside our cabins was often very bad and certain deck areas also stank.

This staff on this ship should be sacked and replaced with people who actually want to work, the waiting staff are lazy, rude and ignorant. and as for a smile, god no.
